"I took my family there for Mother's Day. I have small children who are well behaved so it wasn't an issue but if you have unruly children or just very energetic kids, it's probably not the best place for you as they dont really have a kids menu or any othere way for them to occupy themselves. Great service and great staff nontheless. The host had great reccomendations and the waiter was very knowledgeable and courteous. Wife was very happy so the whole experience was a success."

"The picture and the personalized menu for my wife's b-day offered the wow factor. Our server was not very knowledgeable about menu; asked for a cocktail recomendations for my wife, responds: "most guests order scotch" not very approachable - He may have misread us.
The lobster bisque had an awesome flavor, lobster meat could be cut smaller. The scallops aptz were outstanding, a small piece of plastic was found though. Steaks came well done - Only one was changed; Our steaks were to be MED and MR; even though the server clarified "May I suggest bright pink in the middle?". My wife's steak tasted terrific! Manager came by but I did not want to mention any issues and ruin my wife's b-day celebration. I work in F&B."

"Went to Morton's for my birthday celebration dinner this year and it was amazing! We booked the private room, which is great for a large group since it gives you the option to keep the doors to the dining room open or close them for more privacy. We had a large group of 15 people and even with that many the people, the service felt very individual and they were always on top of everything. I can't speak enough about how great the service was at this location. From the reservation process through dessert, everyone was great and providing the best customer service I have experienced recently. Thank you everyone at Morton's for my making my birthday dinner so wonderful and worryfree! Will definitely return for the great food & service soon!!"

"We had an amazing night at Morton's once again. Fork-Tender Pepper-encrusted New York Strip, outstanding service from our Waiter as well as the entire wait staff, (they work as a team - Seamless!), and the best Maître d’ in the city (maybe anywhere). I asked my Fiancé why we even bother with the other places, when Morton's fires on all cylinders - nobody can touch them! Do yourself a favor - check them out soon!"

"We were late for our reservation. There was an accident on the interstate. I called Morton's to let them know we were going to be late. Spoke with Jennifer, not a problem she said! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Morton's took our picture , put it in a cute frame and then, served us a really good soufflé. Lovely ending to our evening."

"This restaurant needs some serious help. 8 pm on a Friday night and it was only 1/3 full. They can fix a wonderful steak put that is about it. Service was not professional. Atmosphere was dull. Food other than the steak was mediocre at best. Morton's is a good chain. Hopefully they can get some help for this property."

"I had a wonderful experience. The price of the meal and the quality of service were comparable. I noticed that the staff works as a team, which means you get better service. That was notable. I noticed a wedding party with at least 30 or more people in one of the banquet rooms, however, the noise level was barely noticeable. I will visit Morton's again, it won't be a special occasion, but because the food is darn good."

"Great food, service not four star! Waiter brought wrong salad and wrong dessert. I was forgiving because the food is great but then he processed my bill for fifty dollars to much. This was corrected but then caused bank problems for me because the first bill went thru to my bank. Brian, the manager in charge very kind, but I think we should have been offered "a do over" since I was bringing my granddaughter for the experience of fine dining and great food and our first Dallas restaurant. Does not compare to Chicago Morton's."

"We dined with a group of 12, and the restaurant was very gracious in accommodating our group and our needs. The servers were very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. The pacing of the meal was considerably slower than we'd have liked, but the food was delicious. The pricing is on the steep side, but the quality of the food made up for it. "We love Morton's. Although it is a chain, you just about can't beat the steak and atmosphere at Morton's. Continues to be one of the best in Dallas. The noise was a little higher than normal because there were several groups the night we went, but nothing that was disruptive. Loved it!"

"First I would like to say that the service was amazing. Our waiter was very helpful and honest. We asked his opinion on a drink, and he gave his honest opinion, which steered us to something that I am sure we were more happy with.
The food, was also pretty spectacular. I expected good, and my expectations were exceeded.
I would happily recommend the restaurant.
One odd thing, there seemed to be random people walking through the restaurant. Which is why I rate ambiance only 3."

"This has to be one of the best Morton's restaurants I'd ever been to and I've been to over 20. The food was stellar with the server offering tweaks to the menu which I loved and will no order going forward. The Morton's Mojito was perfect. The decor and ambiance of the venue was inviting and intimate.
I plan on coming back to this Morton's as often as I can."

"You would expect a fine steak house as Morton's to be good but on a holiday such as Valentine's Day you would naturally have to give a Mulligan because everyone wants to go upscale for their lady. You would expect a madhouse of overbooking and hurry out thank you. They did not need the Mulligan and the fact that they offered a full menu instead of a prefix menu which actually does help restaraunts streamline service when a special occasion such as Valentine's Day creates a higher than normal volume, was a pleasant surprise. The service was awsome and the wine suggestions were perfect. The food was cooked as ordered and the sides were just as good as the main entrees. My date told me she had a great time and that made my evening as well!"

"Food was fantastic, service was excellent. All was served in a quick manner and all food was hot. My only complaint is that I paid $12.00 for a glass of Malbec which later I found I could buy the whole bottle for $9.99. Look, I don't mind businesses making a profit, but this is on the border line of price gouging. You should be ashamed, and lower your price."

"My wife and I had a wonderful time,we both ordered the surf and turf. She wanted her steak rare and I wanted mine medium well or with a faint trace of pink. We also ordered wine, appetizers, and dessert. My wife didn't eat all of her steak and I didn't either. Our waiter never asked was the steak alright or how was everthing. On our way home I asked my wife how was her steak, she said it was overcooked. I told her my steak was too rare. We then realized she was served my steak and I was served her steak."

"Morton's used to be my favorite steakhouse. I loved the dark Chicago style and the presentation of the meat. Looks like they are trying to be trendy and changed the decor. It seems a lot of the items are way more expensive now and it does not taste as good as it used to be. I am dissapointed that I feel that my favorite steakhouse is ruined by a change of philosophy."

"Morton's is a very high end steak house. This restaurant is very fancy with all guests wearing formal type attire and valet parking out in front. The staff is all very friendly and accommodating. The food was exactly as described and ordered. The cuts of steak (both my and my partner's) were very tender and appropriately cooked, though the portions offered were extremely large. The only steak offered smaller than 12oz was the filet mignon. As a note to the health conscious: this restaurant serves corn fed beef, not grass-fed. All in all, a very nice restaurant for a special night on the town."

"I was a little skeptical after reading some recent reviews, but my wife and I had an enjoyable evening and two perfectly cooked steaks at Morton's. there was a weird episode where all the lights went out, then turned to full brightness, then back to intimate which was weird, but not a show stopper. This place is quite high priced, but we knew that going in. Overall we would recommend this restaurant for its delicious steaks and romantic atmosphere"

"Overall, the food was delicious. We were a bit disappointed when my wife ordered the filet with scallops and the waiter did not inform us that entre came with asparagus. We ordered a side of asparagus and still not a mention of asparagus from the waiter. We both agreed that he should have said something so we could have ordered another side. I have been to Morton’s on numerous occasions and various locations and usually have a great experience. However, it just seemed a bit off this visit. We are not a fan of the new location or the music that was being played. As much as we love the food, we will probably not be returning to this new location. It just did not feel like a higher end dining experience."
