"My Wife and I dine at Mortons somewhat regularly for special occasions. We have always been pleased with the professional waiting staff. The food is always prepared exceptionally well and to our liking. If there ever was an issue I trust that it would be taken care of immediately without question. The bar is well stocked and reflects the class of the establishment in every way. Because it is located with-in the Kearland shopping district it is easy to make a fun and relaxing evening of dining and shopping or just a casual romantic walk through the center."

"Morton's NYC - Great. Not so much in Scottsdale.
Third time at this location definitely not the charm. Steak - excellent. Lobster.... WAY over cooked. Potatoes - reheated and cold on the middle. Snap beans -good.
The wait staff were Excellent. Attentive, unobtrusive, wonderful. While good staff can make or break a restaurant - a bad kitchen does it in.
Now I know why to corporate meetings are held on 45th street in New York City."

"Food couldn't have been better but the waitress was intrusive and annoying by asking every few minutes if everything was all right. When I would say "Thank you" her reply was always "It's my pleasure". Every time and unfortunately I am very polite and said "Thank you" too often."

"Disappointing sirloin steak, with gristle and unevenly cooked, a real shame as a few days before had a wonderful steak, perfect piece of meat & really good flavour (which is why we went back). Waiter forgot our order of baked potato but this was quickly rectified. Vinaigrette of wedge salad overly strong flavour and spoiled the salad."

"This was a special occasion for us and it was nice. Because of the cost ($200 for two) it isn't a realistic regular dining spot for most, including us. The service was good, once we got started, even though we had to wait to be seated, even with reservations and hardly anyone in the place. I would have thought the staff would have been falling over themselves to get us started, but that wasn't the case. Ambiance was nice, but not exceptional. The food (steak and seafood) was good, but it should be for these prices, right? All in all it was a good once-in-a-great-while experience, but the cost is prohibitive for most. If what you got was way over the top, I can better understand the cost, but that wasn't the case for us."

"Had not been to Morton's for a couple of years, but selected it for my birthday diner, expecting a quiet and relaxing diner with my husband. Was not so pleasantly suprised to see the restaurant extremely lighted up and extremely loud, almost to the point of not being able to talk. The server was very good, but overworked with no buser/assistant help as one would expect in a restaurant of this caliber. Then, the food was far below expectations. What a shame."

"Morton's, as a chain, is a bit pricey, so I see it as a "special occasion" restaurant. I had requested a booth, and instead, we were seated at a small table in back next to a large noisy group & a screaming child. Since Landry's bought it, it has become a bit more "average" than it used to be, as noted in the staff's attire, the background music, and the general ambiance. The prices have not become average, however. The quality of the food is still very good, but I have to admit there are less pricey steakhouses in Scottsdale that give a very high-quality experience. My favorite Morton's is still the one to which I had my first exposure to Morton's in Palm Desert, CA. Unfortunately, I tend to compare the other branches with it."

"This was our 5th visit to this Morton's location. Each visit has been consistently superb from entering the door until leaving. The servers are all outstanding, and the food has never let us down, whether it be a famous cut of beef to seafood.
It just so happened we chose Morton's this occasion for a 40th Birthday celebration. Not only did Morton's have a custom menu made noting the occasion, they also took out picture and presented it to us in a simple but tasteful folder.
I will continue to come back, as I am a creature of habit. Why stop going to a place that gives you what you pay for, and does it consistently, and at the utmost quality and service."

"Always love Morton's although maybe a little less since Landry's bought it. Do miss the old steak and seafood tray menu and the chalk one on the wall. Food wise still good. Will say the six ounce filet included in the steak and seafood special is very unremarkable. What is great is the salads. Wow the wedge is great as is the spinach and ceaser. Loved the thousand island dressing. They should sell it commercially."

"The food was so awesome!!!! We took half our dinner home so we enjoy the other half the next day.
Unfortunately, the hotel refrigerator did not work well and the food spoiled the next morning. We turned the lights off and the power went out on the refrigerator.

"We went for my wife's 40th birthday. They had special menu's with her name on it. The staff treated us wonderfully and the food of course was second to none. This place is an amazing destination for any meal. The pictures of our trips to Morton's are in our office always. Thanks Morton's."

"I have been going to Mortons for years, all special occasions and been pleased with the food, but this time it was a big disappointment The filet was just OK, the stuffed shrimp so small and barely any stuffing, also kind of burnt. The staff is outstanding and the restaurant is really nice but I am going to take a break from going for a while. I do hate to write this as it has always been my favorite place to go."

"Poorest steakhouse experience I have had in years.
We hosted the CEO of Morton's once and grew to believe in Morton's commitment to quality & service-obviously this has changed since Landry's has bought the chain or Scottsdale just has fallen through the cracks.
I entertain at steakhouses at least 2/month & have never complained before but Scottsdale Morton’s could not get it right.
Both steaks at the table came well over cooked. There's no way they checked to see if they were done right. Replacements finally came but the sides were simply left under heaters for 10 minutes. When the steaks came back they were undercooked, not done Chicago or sliced English as requested. Other tables had similar challenges.
