"Nomad has beautiful ambiance and friendly staff. The food is delicious. I highly recommend the Nomad Trio Dip, Moroccan Mussels, and the Coca Flat Bread. They are delicious. I was VERY disappointed with the drinks. I order a sangria and it was terrible. So, I ordered a Bellini hoping it would be better. It was even worse! The bar tender should be fired. Seriously. Who messed up a Bellini?! I love this place for its beauty, ambiance and delicious food, but I was pretty let down by the drinks. I frequent this restaurant ofter, but I am not sure it will be the case anymore. Nomad needs a new bartender. Soon."

"The food was great the there were only 2 waitors for the entire restaurant. It was fine at the beginning of the evening but later in the evening, it took 20 min to get the check then to 15 min get our cards back. I wouldn't go here at night."

"I visited Nomad with my husband, who is quite the picky eater, he had the vegetable couscous and I had the catch of the day both meals were delicious. The service was attentive and we felt that our patronage was valued. We finished off with a North African Cookie Plate and it was nice ending to our meal. We certainly plan to visit this gem of a restaurant again!"

"Having had mediterranian/north african food cooked elsewhere, I was a little disappointed by the lack of variety in the menu. This restaurant seems to have an identity conflict. It is north african based on decor, yet the menu comes from all over the mediterranian. Overall, it was nice, but I do not believe I will be going back again in the near future."

"Cool atmosphere and liked the decor overall. The food was tasty and the only complaint is that after receiving our app it took about 30 minutes or more for our entree's to be served.
The trio dip was very tasty. We chose the hummus, cucumber yogurt dip, and roasted red pepper dip. The seafood couscous and the lamb tajin had good flavor and portion sizes are large. Would try this place again."

"Have been there numerous times and the food never disappoints. The service is very good and the staff is accommodating. My lady and I only eat fish, but there was enough choices for us to order two different fishes and styles to share. We also ordered a seafood appetizer. unfortunately i did not realize there were TWO with same name . when we arrived and were seated, i realized we were in the wrong place. i phoned the other NOMAD and the woman who answered could not be less helpful. she said there was nothing she could do (even though it was before 7 pm and she said there were tables open at the bar at the moment "she could not hold even a bar table despite we would be there in 15 minutes). they were able to seat us when arrived and told us THIS HAPPENS EVERY NIGHT!!!. great food, beautiful space - disappointing attitude with waiter as well!"

"The food was fantastic -- only criticsm is that the Duck was overcooked (asked for it Medium Rare, it came out Medium Well). There is a back room that is great for groups and they sat us there at first (just myself and my boyfriend) we asked to be moved as it was way too noisy. "Service at Nomad was very refreshing! The wait staff are attentive w/o being obnoxious (they knew when to check on you and when to stay away). They help you with the menu w/o pressure to buy any particular item. The food is amazing! I have waited years for a worthwhile Moroccan restaurant to return to NYC. We ate a lot, and were very much satisfied without feeling bloated. It's decently priced, and honestly, they should charge more for their food and service, but I hope they do not. The neighborhood is fantastic, and I can see myself enjoying a nice spring/summer evening wandering about before/after dinner at Nomad. I went there for Valentine's Day and it really pulled our evening together and made it truly special. Wonderful!"
