"Came here for brunch on Mother's Day and it was a perfect experience. Food, cocktails, West Village scene, and service all match the establishment's name, Good. Brunch, lunch or dinner, first, second or third date, Good has a lot to offer and will deliver 110%. Oh, and, the music they play is in point."

"Of all the Greenwich Ave restaurants this one is by far the nicest and the food:bouge ratio is just perfect enough to sit amongst friends at a nice restaurant and not feel as though you have to be totally buttoned up. They take resos which, for the area, is pretty rare.

Try the calamari app and the fish tacos!"

"I really wanted to like this place. We were 5 people placed in a circular table in the center of the small dining room, but really felt more like part of the furniture than like guests. We were on time for our booking but were sitting 20 minutes before someone took our drink order or brought us water. Tables who were seated after us were receiving their food before us. I think this may have been a bad day for this restaurant or our waiter (when asking about the difference between two dishes he replied 'they just have different ingredients') and they just mismanaged their bookings, but I made this reservation for a special occasion brunch and sadly was disappointed with the service. Food was tasty though."

"We were a group of four on a Saturday evening -- we booked for six p.m. (later in the evening there weren't any openings until 9, but 6 turned out to be perfect for us) and the bonus was that there was a prix fixe early supper between 6 and 7 , three courses for $25. This was a real bargain. Everyone enjoyed their food (fish tacos, pasta, roast chicken). The food is simple but very well prepared, the ambience is very pleasant, the service very good. We had gone there because a friend had recommended it and we would definitely recommend it to others. Also, as noted, we spent less than we had expected!"

"Third time to Good. The food was not up to par with our other 2 visits. The chicken was overcooked and the "overnight pork" tough. A little disappointing. Waitress, however, was very nice and attentive. Not sure we will try it again."

"Best American comfort foods, with an amazing twist. The chef puts real thought into food flavor combinations. I will definitely be back! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff excellent and we truly enjoyed the meal! I would say that there are so many options in New York City, but few I'm so intrigued to return a second time, however this place is now a favorite and moving forward my trusted choice and recommendation to anyone in or new to the city."

"This was my third time at GOOD. It never disappoints. When so many NYC restaurants have taken away the simple white table cloth - it is a pleasure to sit at a neighborhood gem and be served with grace. The 'bites' were very good as were the fish tacos and Monday night special Fried Chicken. And don't forget the huge Lamb burger!

My favorite spot for Thanksgiving Dinner - all the trimmings and home atmosphere without the fuss or cleanup!"

"A WONDERFUL EVENING.
I have always loved this place. Went Saturday for first time in about a year. Server was GREAT, and I have to say charming under duress of kitchen of being slow. But so impressed they comped our appetizer which took way too long to come out and sent us dessert. VERY IMPRESSIVE and honestly in spite of all that the dinner was better than ever."

"We arrived on time and were immediately seated, however our table for two was squished between two other tables and let's just say we were essentially a part of the conversations on either side of us as well. We ordered the bread basket to start, with the coffee cake, donuts & butter biscuits. All were subpar at BEST, lacking flavor & excitement. I ordered the breakfast burrito and the best way to describe it's taste was flat. Despite having chorizo, sausage and peppers, I needed to kill it with salt and pepper to get any sort of flavor. Our waiter was also terrible and never came to refill our drinks or check on our food. Unfortunately good wasn't good at all. Would not go back."
