"We stopped by on a date for two and loved the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the wonderful food! Great location along the river too."

"I had made a reservation through open table. Got there on time, but still had to wait 15 minutes before we were seated. Atmosphere was okay. Food was average, nothing special. Food was served fast. I would not make a second trip."

"Our reservation was for 6:30. We were seated right away, which was great. Unfortunately, they were out of three of the things we wanted to order and the waitress didn't particularly care about it. The food we had was good, but for the price, the service and selection were not commensurate. Don't know that we'd go back or recommend."

"All of the food we had was great! Service was just OK but didn't ruin it. Its in the lower level of a hotel, convenient parking and on a nice night you can walk to events at Ordway, Excel, etc. They had ample seating for large groups, which was great for us."

"This is the third time I've been to Senor Wong's, but the first time we've had dinner (before it's just been apps and drinks). I think the food at Senor Wongs is delicious - the spring rolls, lettuce wraps and chicken wings all were very tasty. One note about he wings, they don't come with sauce and if you order some they don't tell you it's a seventy-five cent up-charge. The main problem with the restaurant is the service. Food comes out of the kitchen at a snail's pace. Our apps took about 15 to 20 mins and then about the same, if not a little more for the entrees. The staff is mildly attentive, but they seem very disengaged from the act of service and seem to give little regard as to how the customers are fairing."

"We really liked the food at Senor Wong but the service was inconsistent - I don't know if the issue was our server or the kitchen. We told our server that we needed to be out of the restaurant in time to make our theater reservations and things went well until we got to our entree and eventually had to leave without it. We came back after the show for our "take-out" dinner but were disappointed in the manager's rather luke-warm response to their poor service."

"Our server took our drink and appetizer order, returned 6-7 minutes later with our drinks and then had to get our appetizer order again because she forgot what we ordered. After appetizers came she never came back to get our food order for 30 minutes and our appetizers were gone as well as our drinks. Food was excellent and I will return. I understand people have bad days and don't hold it against a business because of one part of the entire experience being bad."

"food is always good here, bar staff is nice. our matre 'd or host was very slow. we had these opentable reservations. we came about 10 min early, stood around for 5 minutes until he noticed us, then he told us to wait in the bar. he forgot about us. we sat in the bar for 15 minutes then waited another 5 until we got seated in the dining area at a tiny table. the worst part is, it wasn't busy at all. the entire rush for the gaga concert left when we arrived. i requested a booth on the opentable comments, and there were plenty open but we weren't sitting in any of them. server was great, polite, friendly. if we go again, its only for the food. maybe we will sit in the bar area next time."

"Make sure you let them know if you're on a schedule - the service is slow due to the very laid-back nature of the place. But when we told them our time-needs, they made adjustments and we were out in time for our show. The food is excellent, and there's a huge selection of beers, mixed drinks, all kinds of great stuff. And the prices are very reasonable. I love this place and will go again! The Kellogg parking ramp makes it very convenient, and it's easy to walk via skyways anywhere downtown. With our parking validation, our parking fee was only $1.75. Awesome for St. Paul!!"
