"We had a group of five that met and were seated at the outside table by the roller coaster so made it really difficult to talk. The waitress was very attentive though, and provided excellent service. Crave has a large menu with a little bit of everything. I think sometimes that if the menu is that large, it means that the food is not going to be exceptional, and in this case, I was right. The food was good, especially for inside of a mall, but it was not outstanding. If I were in the MOA again, I would eat here again, maybe this time though, inside the restaurant where I could hear my dining companions."

"I visited Crave at MOA with a friend for her birthday. The Agave Margs were very nice. We both had sushi...I had vegetarian. It was good. The service was wonderful. They were attentive and the manager even stopped by to make sure we were happy. I will be back!"

"The food at Crave is quite good. I had the Chicken Pot Pie - it was very, very hot (temperature) but absolutely delicious.
my friend had the wild rice soup and said if the soup had the base my pot pie had, it would have been wonderful. As it was, the soup got just average reviews.
The ravioli is fresh and delicious.
At Crave, the drinks are very strong, very good but way too expensive."

"If you want presentation that part of the restaurant was fine. Food tasted good but you did not get alot of food for the price you were charged. The Sushi fell apart very easy, more like needing to eat it with a spoon. Great location inside the mall. Easy to access from the parking lot. Tacos were meaty."

"The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for Overall is because the prices are pretty steep. There is not a category for Value - even though the food is great, it is more expensive than great food at some other places we go. Still, for a special occasion it's very good. The service really is excellent."

Unfortunately, the only thing offered that day was the buffet, so we didn't get to try some menu items we were hoping to check out, but the buffet was good and our server was great. "We went to CRAVE for brunch on Mother's Day. The food was delicious and our server was friendly and attentive. However, one thing really took away from our overall experience - the hostess dressed in the skin-tight, lace-back, hot pink dress, which looked like lingerie. My little 5 year old daughter said "Mommy, how come you can see that lady's back?" Not exactly the conversation you want to have with an impressionable little girl during Mother's Day brunch. It was totally inappropriate and unprofessional attire. If this is what is deemed acceptable by the management of the restaurant we will not be returning."

"Went with wife and kids for Mothers Day Brunch Buffet. Service was great. Food was extremely disappointing. Everything was extremely "ordinary" Breakfast offerings were inedible. Small salad/cold dishes were adequate. Hot foods (chicken fingers, enchiladas, etc. BAD)
They offered the sushi menu instead of the buffet (AND it was $29.95 for all that sad food) - but I went over and the fish for the sushi was kept about 18 inches from the buffet steam tables. Not a good idea.
Went to their website and logged dissatisfaction in their comments area. Received "canned" reply saying I'd hear back in 24 hours. No further communication.
Family of 4, around $150 for this Crave Mothers Day buffet. Would have done better at Old Country Buffet."

"Everything we ate was excellent, although my friend was disappointed they were out of the lamb burger. The servers seemed terribly harried; ours would disappear for twenty minutes or more, and our water glasses were empty for long periods, and it was hard to get a second glass of wine. Maybe they were assigned too many tables or were short-staffed? Also, we chose to sit "inside" instead of "on the terrace" hoping that the noise would be less if we weren't in the huge amusement park echo-chamber, but it was still quite loud. So, although this restaurant meets the food standards of the rest of the chain, I wouldn't choose to go to this branch again."

"Our experience at Crave on 5/5/13 was unusually poor. We've eaten at this location twice prior and did not have anthing close to such a bad meal. It started wtih getting seated at the one table that wasn't set and ended with the server not knowing how to split the bill. All sorts of missteps inbetween. The big derailment was a server change right after our drink order. Our first server (Sarah) was AWESOME, but her replacement who took over our table right after drink orders was terrible. Drink orders never came, requests were ignored or we were just told, "no", food came without serving utensils, we didn't get plates, it goes on and on. Even trying to talk to the manager failed to work. It wasn't busy, not sure why all the problems."

"I went there with a group of 5 for lunch during a conference. We sat outside of the main restaurant which was a very nice/welcome change of pace. However, our service was very slow. The section did not appear to be busy either. A successful lunchtime restaurant has to appreciate that not everyone dining is there for a slow day of shopping."

"The chicken oscar at CRAVE is excellent, but I decided to go a different course on my second visit and try the baked mac and cheese with chicken. The baked mac and cheese was good, but it is hard for me to compare it to the chicken oscar I enjoyed so much during my first visit. The service was great again and the drinks were excellent. I enjoy the ambiance in CRAVE very much and I do recommend this place if you are near the Mall of America. I was not disappointed and will definitely return again."

"I love Crave but was so disappointed as I had put to bring a birthday dessert for my friend and the restaurant and waiter forgot. We actually had 2 bdays in the group so it was a huge disappointment and the restaurant wouldn't let me bring a cake so they assured me the waitress would bring the desserts and she never did. I had it also written in the opentable comments.....BUMMER"

"Being one of our favorite dining experiences, we chose Crave to help celebrate with two friends who recently graduated from college. Our server was fantastic and on discovering the reason for our celebration, did everything to make our guests feel welcomed. The food was outstanding (walleye, cajun shrimp pasta, brick baked chicken, and sushi) and our friends could not stop commenting on what an enjoyable experience they had. Crave has two new regulars now."

"Bad experience at Crave-MOA. Arrived about 7 PM with a reservation for four. Ordered wine and asked for bread. Server mentioned that there is a charge for bread and we put in an order. Shortly thereafter we also ordered dinner. At 8:15 we didn't have bread or our meals. Our server apologized and asked the manager visit our table and she apologized. Our food arrived about 8:30 and three of the four entrees were cool. The server and manager apologized again and said they were particularly busy that night. The manager was very professional and made accommodations for our group, but it will be difficult for me to consider returning soon."

"I ordered the sea bass which I had before. It was the worst meal I have ever had in a restaurant. Whatever was below the sea bass was mush and unrecognizable. It tasted like baby food or that it had been once frozen and then thawed and then sat for hours under a warming light. I can't believe how bad it was. The sea bass was also bad and I could not even cut through it. I would have liked to talked to the chef to find out why they served what they did and what happened to it?? When our waiter FINALLY checked back with us, my friends were almost done with their food. I reordered a salad for the sake of time. I was surprised that I was even charged for the salad. Seems wrong. I really would not go back there."

"When travelling in Minneapolis we often eat at crave two nights in a row. I always order the same dish. They have since changed how they prepare it and I was so disappointed that the size is about a third of what it used to be. And it was so spicy, I literally could not eat it. And I enjoy spicy food to a point...Our waiter Brad was fantastic and he was our waiter both nights we visited."

"I was sad to find out that this location is no longer participating in half price sushi Sundays (after 4 pm). With some insistence, our server had the manager come to our table to speak to us about this very recent change. The manager agreed to discount three rolls for the two of us. We were happy that they chose to honor Crave's ongoing promotion. Service was great, we were treated very well. But I know in the future when I want to do half price sushi Sundays I'll need to go to a different Crave."

"Waited 10 minutes to be seated and another 10 after we were seated to even be acknowledged. After 30 minutes and no drinks, we got up and left. I've been here several times before, so I still recommend, but this was very bad service. The worst I've seen in a long time.....anywhere."

"Didn't seem to matter if we had a reservation or not. We were treated the same as if we just showed up. The restaurant was extremely busy and was unable to serve our table in a timely manner.
