"took a pad thai with jumbo shrimps: Pad thai was tasty , good size shrimps but not taste

also took filet mignon: very average

atmosphere: it was a Thursday night and they a guy playing key boards-----it was TACKY

Sorry but will not go back"

"The food here is awesome. A combination of Thai and Japanese. The menu has been redone and is easier to read. We all ordered sushi and the speciality rolls were amazing. You got a lot of food for your money. I would highly recommend it."

"I can't brag enough about this little gem. The staff is attentive, professional, and courteous. The food is simply to die for. They have some of the freshest ahi tuna I have ever had. The food is very moderately priced for the quality. Sushi rolls are excellent (fish is very, very fresh), lettuce wraps are to die for, and their Thai food is a treat as well. This is an excellent spot for a romantic dinner; booths are very private and cozy. Make a reservation and they will certainly make your evening!"

"Feb 13, 2010. My wife and I went to CoCo's for dinner. It was a cool night in Fort Lauderdale and having the AC on at a low temperature really made the restaurant a little cold. The food was superb and the wine selection was ok. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. Be prepared to pay a little though."

"The food quality and presentation was very good. We had a great meal and look forward to going back again. Having made a reservation online at a restaurant that we were not familiar with was a little scary especially since this was going to be our "Valentine" celebration. Although the restaurant is located in a strip center off of 17th Street Causeway, you soon forget that once you are inside and can feel that you are at an upscale and trendy restaurant in either SoBe or up north.

As it turned out, we probably were not the only ones celebrating Valentine's day early and the restaurant stayed fully packed all night. The only negative was a rather lengthy time between courses, but I would rather have that than the food being rushed out"

"The food was very good. It's a pretty typical combo of Thai and sushi that you see a lot these days, but both were done well. The general atmosphere of the dining room was relaxing and romantic. We will be back. It's a great place to pop in, no dress code required."

"This is not our first visit. What brings us back is the quality and freshness of the food, the soothing decor, and friendly, attentive service. The Thai and Japanese menu offers a wide variety of appetizers, Sushi and entrees, from the land and sea. The Chili Salmon is very tasty, with the proper balance of spice and sweet. I've had it many times and it is consistently good. Pad Thai is done right and is the perfect Asian comfort food. They have a good wine list that offers many "affordable" values, as well as a full bar. On nice evenings you can sit outside on the secluded patio. A really good, overall experience."

"We went to Coco's for a New Year's Eve dinner. The food was delicious. Our whole group was satisfied with their dinner. Service was exceptional.
The only downside was their bartender did not know how to mix some of the popular shots."

"Enjoyed this restaurant. Went on Thursday night. They had happy hour offering free glass of wine. The server was very knowledgable and friendly and was outstanding throughout the dinner. Enjoyed each of the dishes very much. Had several good appetizers including steamed shrimp dumplings. Then had two different sushi rolls. They were both outstanding. The best was Mike's Roll which is made with black sticky rice -- very unique and great flavor. Will definitely go again when next in Fort Lauderdale. Dont let the strip mall scare you off-- they have create a nice outdoor dining area surrounded by trees and the experience was great."
