"Went to Morton's for 24th anniversary expecting use usual experience. We were very pleased with the personal attention upon arrival. Dinner was wonderful as usual, and although one of the steaks ordered over cooked, they quickly replaced it. Comped a after dinner drink which was greatly appreciated. I'll be back"

"Although Morton's of Chicago, Hartford is located in a room without windows, it is romantic because they have round booths in which a couple can sit side by side which is lovely and also allows both people to have a full view of the restaurant. Although the steaks at Morton's are expensive, they are prime, not choice, and they are delicious! The shrimp Alexander is a terrific dish and is a Morton's classic as is the Mortan's salad! Both are delicious!"

"They were so great. I had my fiancés 30th Birthday there and they were stellar!!! Free dessert and personalized menus were made for us saying Happy 30th Birthday!! Those subtle touches are what tops it all especially with a free chocolate lava cake dessert. I can't tell u enough how enjoyable that night was even though its wicked expensive. The wine was definitely top notch as well. Thank u for a lovely evening!"

"My wife and I visited Morton's for our anniversary in March 2013. Given the prices on the menu, our expectations were high for the food quality. unfortunately, the meal was just "above average" - my cajun ribeye was really good, but my wife's 12 oz filet did not meet the mark. the only item we had that we could rate as outstanding was the "legendary" warm chocolate fudge cake with ice cream.
The service was excellent, and our waitress and the manager made every attempt to make our experience better. but, in the end, the food was not worth the price. I would try many other restaurants in search of better value before i return to Morton's."

"Last visit there was a major disappointment. Treated like a second class citizen for using the Steak & Seafood for Two deal. If you don't want people to use this - don't offer it! And I upgraded the steaks at what the waiter described would be a "slight upcharge" that added $60.00 to my bill?!?! The food was also not what I'm accustomed to at a Morton's. Legendary Idaho potato's were like supermarket sized this time, shrimp were small and our waiter forgetful. When I spend the kind of money Morton's charges, I expect better. As a longtime customer, I'm simply disappointed..."

"I have eaten at Morton's many times over the years and it has always been a pretty good experience. Our recent visit was not so great. While our server was good, the service was very slow and the food was just very average in comparison to other competing steak houses. The valet parking service was also slow and we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even greet us, and another 10 minutes to get our car. The valet tender was inside getting warm while we were freezing outside!! For the money, you expect a more memorable experience and there are many other options elsewhere..."

"Always a great dining experience. Valentine's day and such holidays are usually put-offs for us, and we tend to especially avoid those ultra-busy days and "special menus". THey did indeed have a surf & turf special, and they were ultra-busy, but service and food were top notch as always. We enjoyed it immensely."

"Midweek birthday dinner. Not very crowded so it was quiet. Nice booth off to the side overlooking the rest of the tables. Steak was great tasting but warm and not hot when served. Sides were just okay and also just warm when served. Not sure if all where sitting before being brought to the table. Service was not very attentive. Despite it not being very crowded, the waitress seemed to always rushing. When the bread and butter was delivered it came with no butter knife and we only had steak knives at our table. When she returned and asked how the bread was, we said good but no butter knife. She apparentlhy was not listening to our reply since we never were given a butter knife to butter the bread. Steakd was warm when served vs"

"We had very disappointing experience. I specifically asked for a quiet table so that we could hear our conversation. While it was not the fault of the restaurant that an extremely loud party was seated near us, it was the restaurants fault that the selected table was a banquet table that prevents any conversation. We suspect that our seating choice was disregarded due to it being Hartford restaurant week. Why ask for special requests in reservations if they are going to be completely ignored?"

"Nice place, great location, with Valet parking at the Main entrance. Another great Morton's experience. Typically we go to New York city for our Morton's dining experience, but we wanted to try another location of Morton's steakhouse closer to home and we are glad we did. The staff was great, professional, and friendly. The atmosphere was so very pleasant. The food was exceptional and we will be returning to Morton's in Hartford in the future. The overall experience was incredible like one would expect from the Morton's steakhouses."

"We went to Morton's for the Taste of Hartford and our anniversary. The food was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate. We received commemorative menus and had our picture taken. The picture was then placed in a little album with a nice note from the staff that we brought home with us. We were very pleased with how our night went."

"This was my first time dining at Morton's. I had a wonderful time. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful regarding the menu. Our food was outstanding!
