"The steakhouse was a good experience. The steak was very good. The only thing we didn't care for was that you had to purchase everything separately. The dinner did not include a dinner salad or potato and vegetables. I felt that we paid more for the name of the restaurant more than the food was worth. Even though we enjoyed it, I don't think we would go back. When we left at 6:30, there were only three other couple there, the place was mainly empty."

"Cut of the week menu this week included three items in tribute to Michael Jackson. Our group tried all of them - which were outstanding. Two salad options - both incredible and the desserts - crème brulee was creamy and flavourful. We will continue to visit every time we go. Can't beat the menu, price, service or food. Exellent!"

"We expected it to be a little better. We checked in for an 8 o'clock reservation and had a little but insignificant wait. The problem was there was not enough room to wait and as others checked in they just kind of waiting at the stand so no one behind them knew what to do. There was no one from the staff asking anyone in line any questions. Its kind of hard to explain in on this. We were in Vegas for convention and had dinner. S teaks were great. Friend;s soup was not great and not hot. My salad was good. Service was average and seemed disinterested and didn't check on us very often."

"Overall, I thought it was so-so and nothing special. Certainly not worth the $40 for a 10 oz filet. I ordered my meat medium and it came medium well. There were no sides that I thought sounded compelling or very special. We ordered the mixed vegetables and they came out overcooked, limp and soggy with more portabella than anything else. Very unimpressive. The service was also so-so like they were half trying. It wasn't bad, but I certainly did not feel catered to. I ordered decaf coffee at the end of the meal that never came. The only plus was that it was not billed."

"We cannot express enough what a great experience this was. We are in Vegas several times a year as trade show producers and have been to practically every top restaurant and while they've mostly been great meals not one of them provided the top level service we had here. "My boyfriend and I went to dinner on a Saturday night at 7:00. We got there a little early and had a drink at the bar. The bartender was excellent. We were then seated. "Wonderful evening with friends to celebrate anniversary. Enjoyed the "Cut of the Week" menu with the bottomless wine pairings which was a perfect combination. The dishes were all well prepared, presented, and delectable and the wine paired well. Our main server did an excellent job of describing each dish and ensuring the dishes were timed perfectly and unhurried. He ensured the other servers were discreet when re-filling our water and/or delivering the dishes. It was also a nice touch to have both the Sommelier and General Manager stop by our tables to see how we were doing. All in all, it represented what I would define as a true fine dining experience--from the initial greeting to the fine food, and to the great service."

"Great food, steak was excellent, perfectly cooked. Rather expensive but food was worth it, however, to be honest, we were disappointed with the service who were Miserable and I got the impression they were not happy in their job. Had to wait too long to be seated, seemed inconvenienced when we asked questions. Don't think we will go back as there is a lot more restaurants in this price range that offer great food AND great service."

"Charlie Palmer's was amazing. Their 3 course "Cut of the Week" is the best offer on the Strip. $48 gets you an a salad, steak with 2 sides, and a delicious dessert all are paired with BOTTOMLESS red and white wine.
I'm not a big drinker so I was also very excited to hear that they served Coke instead of Pespi.
My only problem with the restaurant is that they don't give free refills on soda, which I think is ridiculous. I was also never told when they asked if I wanted a refill that I would charged for it. So at $5.00 a pop we paid $10 for soda. CRAZY. So beware of that."

"We ordered the prix fixe Cut of the week menu, three course with accompanying "bottomless" wine for $48. A great deal anywhere, this meal was especially good for Vegas, which can be so very overpriced. The menu changes weekly. Ours included panzanella salad with a good white wine, hanger steak with a grenache blend and a butterscotch creme brûlée. Lovely."

"Amazing staff! Immediate warm reception and quickly seated. Our multiple waiters were outstanding. They were attentive and yet not hovering. Everyone was full of friendly warmth and a wealth of information about the food, wine list, and cocktail selection. We had steak and lobster, both cooked beautifully. It was my friend's birthday and they brought us not just one birthday dessert, but several to share. We had a wonderful, memorable evening and can't wait to go back!"

"I've dined here a few times before but I was disappointed this time. It was once a very upscale and polished atmosphere. Unfortunately, I did not feel that this trip. Previously, I'd dined in the back rooms which were well lit with a very attentive staff who were armed with crumbers and continuously refilled beverages. On this night, we were seated in the front, dark area where the staff was not as polished as I would've expected from dining at Charlie Palmer's Steakhouse at the Four Seasons Hotel. The food was average beginning with the spinach salad, seafood tower, pasta appetizer and ribeye. It was very nice that our birthdays were acknowledged at the hostess stand as well as with comp desserts."

"This is one of our favorite places in Vegas. We go every single time we are in town. We also get the Cut of the Week! The best deal and bottomless wine with exceptional food. "I was a bit underwhelmed. The service was good (although I had to ask for cream for my coffee twice), but the food was not great. My soup had little flavor (and very little lobster) and I, for the first time EVER, added salt to a dish in a restaurant. The Ceasar sald was not very good either with the dressing not tastful. Although the Wagu strip steak was cooked to perfection, the portions between me and my wife were uneven. The asparugus was not prepared properly with the fibrous bottoms ends being left on. And the potatoes were not hot enough. For the cost, I expected more."

"Went to celebrate anniversary which hostess and server both said congrats to. Whole staff was excellent from the bussers to the managers doing their table checks. Our server Jimmy gave us wonderful service! Food was cooked perfectly. My favorite was the added on half Maine lobster...for only $25 what a steal!! Truffled Scallop Potatoes a must!! Can't wait to go back!"

"Firstival it took approximately an hour to get our main course. There were 6 of us and we all ordered steaks none of us ordered well done. Food came 2 of our stakes were under cook. Our sever dropped drinks on the floor and splash all over my guess. I understand accident happens. But when they dropped the check, the assistant manager didn't do anything about it not even offer to get my guess a dry clean or do something about it. I ate at so many fine dinning restaurants, if something like this happened the manager will do something about it. There is no way I'll recommend this restaurant to anyone"

"A bit disappointing. It was Valentine's Day, but relatively early and did not seem overly busy. Service was good early on, but then declined. Steaks were delivered by another server who did not know how they were cooked, thus wasn't sure to whom they belonged. The vegatables came later. My wife has some food allergies which we informed them of, and they acted like they would be accomodating - but didn't seem very familiar with the way things were prepared. Most disappointing were the steaks (filets), which were tough. We've had much better steaks in Las Vegas for a lot less money. And, no one ever came to check on how they were. Also, be aware the wine list is expensive. Only a couple of Cab's under $100, most were several $100's."
