"Wonderful presentation, and the flatbread was fantastic. For both of our entrees, though, the plates and veggies on them came out hot...but entree (fish for me, meat for my partner) lukewarm. Can't say I asked to get it fixed; a disappointing flaw in an otherwise wonderful evening."

"Staff was fantastic, provided wonderful service for our special occasion, including complimentary champagne. The manager was attentive, the food was good, and given that the restaurant was relatively quiet, the atmosphere and ambiance was quiet and romantic. We had long been fans of the Four Seasons lounge and now that can be extended to the Seasons restaurant as well. An excellent experience."

"This is a review for lunch which is much more relaxed and informal than dinner. The salad choices were excellent (each of us had a different one) and the prices were reasonable for what that entailed - much more so than the overpriced dinner selections. Service was extremely gracious."

Review 7 for Seasons at the Four Seasons Hotel
Overall Rating
(Good)
"I have been a loyal customer of the four seasons restaurant. The level of service, the ambiance, good food have been most reliable. There have been changes. The service is not as attentive. The menu offers less variety and it has a very heavy hand. There is too much beef not enough fish . The salad choices never change. There is a lack of imagination.
If they are courting the tourists as their diners then I guess it works for them , if you need some of the locals as diners they better become more sensitive to the bay area palette. They are very expensive for the quality of food that is being offered. It made me very sad. I have been going there since they opened and I have noticed these changes for the past 10 months or so."

Review 11 for Seasons at the Four Seasons Hotel
Overall Rating

"My usual fare and this restaurant is for their fantastic lunch service and food, Lately I have been going there for breakfast, and its just as spectacular as the lunches. The service is outstanding with its professional staff who are the best in the city, Twania Yuri Luis come to mind when expecting unexcelled service and of course the backups are just as gracious. I can always expect the chefs to be more than creative when I make a few corrections for my dining requests. All around its simply the best place in San Francisco to dine for the money. From my experience,The four seasons has to be one of the best restaurants without a doubt in San Francisco whether it be breakfast lunch or dinner."

Review 15 for Seasons at the Four Seasons Hotel

"The service at the Four Seasons Restaurant is unexcelled. My dining experience is usually for lunch. The Hostess, as well as the host is without a doubt the most wonderful and gracious, along with the Staff who we request as servers, Twania, ,Yuri, Luis, the best and the most professional ,beyond any restaurant in San Francisco. Their backups are also first class and totally add to the experience of fine dining. Pierre the lunch chef, is also a delight as I can always expect him to be spontaneous, original, and once again a total class in presentation if something is requested other than on the menu. This restaurant is one of San Francisco’s greatest adventures if one is looking for top quality dining all across the board."

Review 17 for Seasons at the Four Seasons Hotel

"I have had some great dining experiences in the past, but this time was just ok. I was in for brunch last Saturday with my mother and my aunt, and I found myself looking around for our waiter several times. When we did get his attention, he was very accommodating, but I think it's important that the server check in once in a while and not just disappear. The other issue was the presentation of my meal. The corned beef hash on a bed of potatos looked lost on a very large empty plate. My family felt compelled to give me some of their food because it looked as if I ordered an appitizer. I've come to expect more from your establishment and would think twice about returning because of this experience."
