"We took our mother for Mother's day. It was great at first from the valet parking to quick seating (reservations). However It didn't get five stars because the booths were a little tight & cluttered we had to keep rearranging things just to get everyone's courses on the table which got a little aggravating. Our particular waitress was inattentive & left us waiting for our salads then brought them out after our entrees! We had to keep asking for her so we could get more drinks and empty plates taken away. I would advise people to eat here the food was delicious, just not on holidays that way your waitress will be more attentive. Ask for actual table & chairs (they have more room). Make a reservation unless your willing to wait."

"I went for mother's day. It was caotic and horrible service. My mother has a hard time standing and she had to stand to wait for our table because there wasn't any accomidation for her to sit. The server was rushing around. He came over too many times and wanted to clear the table too quickly. The food wasn't good at all and I had to keep asking for things that they forgot. I will not be going back there."

"it was a mothers' day outing, and it was quite busy. there were a lot people running around our tables.. in fact this is what concerned me was that 4 different waiters/staff dropped silverware very close to my son's chair and our feet ..because they were trying to carry too much at one time.. just slow down."

"My mother and I had a 4:30 pm reservation and they seated us right on time, an amazing feat considering it was Mother's Day and the place was a mob scene. Great food, great service, no complaints! Great place to go if you want Italian."

"Maggiano's is my favorite restaurant. I just had a surprise birthday party for my husband back in March in the DaVinci banquet room. It was Awesome!!!! When my husband asked where I wanted to go for Mother's Day, the choice was obvious!! The food is amazing and the staff is very professional !!! Make sure you always arrive early for your reservation, the restaurant is very popular and you don't want to miss out !! I will continue to come back and recommend Maggiano's to all of my friends !!!! Thank you for another Amazing experience !!! If you are planning an event, see Randall, she is Amazing !!! She helped me with my menu choices and was very accommodating!! I highly recommend this restaurant !!!"

"I took my wife here for Mother's Day. This restaurant is our choice for special occasions. The food is always excellent, the servers are friendly and helpful. It was quite noisy due to the crowd, but that was only minor considering the food and service were so good. Despite the crowd, we were served quickly and the waitress (who was also handling a table of 17) did not forget we were there. We have eaten here often and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"The food was great and the staff was friendly. I never have a problem when I go. My family went for Mother's Day and as you can imagine the service was a little slower than usual. However, this place is great no matter the occasion or amount of people you have. With the wide selection of menu items, there is a meal for even the pickiest eater."

"5 stars all around! This place is great for a date night. My boyfriend and I eat at this restaurant almost every time I visit him and always have service that surpasses any other restaurant. The wait staff are excellent. My boyfriend had showed his military ID as proof of being of drinking age, and at the end of the meal the waitress asked if we would like her to apply their military discount to our check. We weren't even aware they gave military discounts, and it was so kind of her to ask. They give a very generous discount, and cut our bill about 17 dollars! Overall an excellent dining experience at Maggiano's Cherry Hill, as always! :)"

"Since this was a Mother's Day dinner I was expecting our reservation to be delayed. We waited only minutes to be seated. We ordered Marco's dinner, an app to share, 2 classic pasta entrees and a dessert. The best part was if you order a classic pasta dish you get to take one home! I ordered the baked ziti and my husband ordered the lasagna. Both were delightful! The pasta was cooked perfectly. The sauce was delicious and well-seasoned. Mama Castellani would be proud! We had the pound cake with carmelized bananas and vanilla ice cream. Very moist cake and delish bananas. Overall, I was very impressed from beginning to end! We'll be back soon!"

"this cherry hill mall location makes this place as busy as i've seen anywhere. not for romance or a quiet dinner (go to bistro romano for that). the app's were basic italian, well prepared and obviously made with very fresh ingredients. same thing with dinner, very fresh and hot. they have some interesting meal options like take home a free meal and family style dining. not that terribly expensive if you avoid booze (yeah, that might happen). i don't think you can go terribly wrong here."

"We were seated immediately even though we arrived 10 minutes before our reservation. The restaurant did not appear to be overly crowded but our service was very slow. Waited about 10 minutes before anyone approached our table. Our waitress was very friendly but the service was slow. This is unusual for this time and day (Sunday at 4:00). We enjoyed our meal and since we did not have after dinner plans the time element was not that big of an issue."

"We stopped here for lunch after Family Day at my daughter's boyfriend's military base. From the greeting upon arrival to walking out the door, we couldn't have had a better experience. "I always enjoy maggianos and have been here many times. This time I was a bit disappointed. I felt rushed. My dishes were constantly being taken away. The ice cream I ordered had ice crystals in it. Maybe it's time to toss."

"The food was fabulous. Chopped salad for two was very good and generously portioned. Actually enough for 4. The dessing wa tssty. The buy one and take one home is a tremendous value. Both the portion size and food quality exceptional. The dessert was also a best value. Only complaint is that wine prices were extremely high for this type of establishment."

"I made reservations for 2 a week in advance. I noted that it was my wife's birthday. (Hint - Romantic). You seat us down near the bar area, people were passing us by every minute, it was loud & noisy. Very disappointing. I've been to Maggiano's at least 10 times but with all the other restaurants out there, I will probably pick another place to eat for now on. I can't believe you never replied back with questions about a birthday surprise or anything...as a matter of fact, their was a large party next to us (very noisy) who had a birthday & they brought him out a birthday surprise & here I am with my wife on her birthday & Maggiano's & I had nothing to offer her. I was embarrassed."

"Had the family style. Everything was delicious. Kept bringing food until you were full! All the meals were great. Loved the maggiano's salad, crab cakes, sausage and peppers, veal Marsala, spumoni, beef tips! They made a special tiramisu with happy birthday for my moms special day. She was surprised and loved it!"

"We arrived early and were told our reservation for 9:15 pm was accurate however were thrilled to feet our table almost 15 minutes early. The food was great as usual but what made the night was our waiter Cori, who went above and beyond on everything! We both commented that he was the best server we'd had in ages."

"We've been to several Maggiano's in the past and have typically enjoyed the food and service, but this one seems to strike out in both areas. The food seemed like it was from an Applebee's, very surprising to say the least. Seems as if they've become more like "Big Box" restaurant rather then the old fashioned Italian neighborhood restaurant they portray. No specials to chose from either, and the service was definitly the "B" squad. Overall disappointed I must say. In a world with so many chain restaurants to choose from Maggiano used to stand out, now they just blend in."

"Main dining room was well-lit but noisy and a little warm. Upon leaving, we noticed the bar area was much cooler and quieter. I think we will request a table there the next time. Great food and a great value with the buy one get one to bring home pasta entrees! But that wasn't the main purpose for going there. Food is aways good and service is good too."

"The food was very good, came out in a decent amount of time. Our waiter was friendly, told to many jokes though. However, he did gives us a free dessert as it was my sister's birthday, that was very nice of him. We went on a Saturday evening so it was quite noisy, could barely hear some of the members of my party when they spoke and they were right across from me. If you're looking for a quiet romantic place I would not suggest this spot for a Saturday night."

"We love Maggiano's but this visit was not the same. We dine family style and have tweak our choices from what has been listed. The waitresses and the managers in the past have been very accomandating, but not this time. I felt like our request was not even thought about, we were just told no. The food was good but the bad experience took something away from the good food. We may think twice before using this location in the future.
