"We loved the outside ambiance and overall our party of seven enjoyed the food. The milkshakes are wonderful and the burgers were excellent. My husband and I had the buffalo burgers on the whole wheat roll. Unfortunately the rolls were stale and dry, so we had to eat the burgers without the bread. The server was attentive, but got our entrees confused and all seven of us had to rotate dishes until we got what we had ordered."

"We've dined at Cayton's on several occasions. We love the views and the typical Ritz-class service, and were anxious to try their new menu. Sadly, the service was sub-par. I don't blame our waiter; they were obviously way understaffed on this night. We do like the menu, and based on our previous experiences there, I'm sure we will return."

"Cayton's a casual place to grab a burger, a milk shake or the beverage of your choice. Views from the patio across Dove Mountain GC and the valley in the distance is quite nice. Food is pretty basic, so don't expect gourmet. That said my burger was done perfectly and my wife had a crab cake burger that she liked as well. Service was a bit sketchy, even though the place was mostly empty, which was weird given how big a deal it seemed to be to get a table. There are multiple fireplaces to sit by while dining, which comes in handy when night time temps drop off into the 50's. Catch a sunset from the patio with a burger and a beer."

"I'm sorry to say that we did not have a good experience. We were a group of 8, but we waited 1 1/2 hours to get our food! We didn't hear an apology for slow service from our server, so perhaps this is the norm, but we were not pleased."

"Because Cayton's has now become the "Burger Bistro", and they have a fine variety of hamburgers, how about just a regular cheeseburger? Otherwise, the food was good and the service quite nice. Would have loved to have eaten outside but was a little windy and chilly."

"Asked 3 times for dressing on the side of salad, no onion before it came that way. Turkey burger extremely dry. Short ribs were under seasoned, lacked flavor. Couldn't find our waiter for quite a spell, when one of us wanted another beverage.
The white haven Sauvignon Blanc was well-chilled. Appreciated that."

"Very disappointed to find the the menu was glorified bar food and not in keeping with what we expected from a "Ritz Carlton" restaurant. Might return for a drink and sun set, if they stay in business, but not to eat. Waitress was friendly but noe attentive. Also, brought the wrong drinks for the first round."
