Bradstreet Craftshouse Restaurant highlights classic Cocktail Mixology with fresh squeezed juices and house-made bitters. Entrees feature American cuisine with global influences. The highly trained staff is knowledgeable and can effortlessly pair food with classic cocktails and wines.
"From the food to the cocktails to the service, everything was excellent. We tried a few different cocktails, and they were literally the best drinks I've ever had. Our server was really helpful in explaining different drinks and recommending certain ones based on what we were looking for. The food comes out in small portions, so it was nice to get a few things and share. All the plates we ordered were delicious! I will definitely be back for more."

"Bradstreet gets high marks in my opinion for being one of very few bars to put as much thought into their non-alcoholic drinks as they do for their cocktails or beer and wine lists. I had the Art of Crafts, a gorgeously spicy and refreshing ginger-jasmine concoction that put half the real cocktails I've ever had to shame. Our server was also able to recommend a cocktail for my less-than-decisive dining partner; very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The food was tasty, but the slider-sized juicy lucy may have been a tad misguided: I'm not sure something stuffed with hot cheese can work at that scale. Speaking of scale, all of their sandwiches are slider-sized, so be prepared to get a couple or share a few small plates."

"The food was very good but not good enough to make up for a miserable dining experience. The service was very poor. The dining room layout is awkward and the room is extremely noisy."

"Item 1-Walleye slider This would have been excellent had they not over killed it with the sauce and the herbs they used. (size of a slider) Over priced for one, maybe 2 if you ordered with no sauce.
Item 2-Special BLT Warn people that order it you may break a tooth the bread was grilled so hard. I got PICKLES instead of the tomatoes. Really? The homemade chips was a pleasant surprise maybe a tad thinner sliced but excellent chip.
Flourless chocolate cake- way too rich even though its small you want to share this item. The ice cream was excellent. I was not thrilled with the cake it was ok.
NOW FOR THE SERVICE! AWESOME JOB! Keep the staff and the management and hire a new chef."

"We sat in the back room. There was no light above our table and it was impossible to read the menu. We used the tea light at our table. I love low lighting, and it was cozy, but very hard to order. The drinks and food did not disappoint, however."

"The name just didn't fit the atmosphere. It sounded more like a neighborhood joint than a hotel lobby restaurant. The food was decent and well-priced and the cocktails were unique and well-done. The atmosphere felt a bit stale - like it was at the top of it's trend 10 years ago. Overall, a good experience, but not great."

"Great spot! Had read all of the reviews about the small, expensive drinks, but they were SO good!! We went during happy hour, and ordered some h.h. items, and some that were not. Everything was so good, and we definitely had plenty of food. It was a great change from some of the big downtown spots! Would definitely go back!!"

"Good quality food, though the portions were less than the usual. I had to order twice because I wasn't full the first time and I didn't want to go somewhere else to eat. The prices matched the great great quality of food. I just wish the menu came with more selections/options. The service was great, excellent pick for a romantic night or just to chat with friends. I look forward to going back, and I'd definitely recommend it to a friend. Don't forget that parking isn't free."

"This was our second time at Bradstreet. We really enjoyed our first visit. The staff and food was good. This visit was nothing like that. We came with another couple for there first time. Our waitress was very inattentive and the food was poor. The Pork belly and the Juicy Lucy was very overcooked! Had to track down our waitress anytime we needed something. Will not return"

"Craft Cocktails continue to be the reason to imbibe here. The food however isnt far behind. Small-day plates hit the spot! We enjoyed the V-day pre-fix menu and enjoyed the engaging chats with bartenders. Bradstreet was the lounge that caused us to become craft cocktail enthusiasts when it opened and its still hard to beat."

"Best service I've received in a long time. Our whole group remarked at how special we felt. Drinks - outstanding (don't order off the menu, describe a type or style of drink you like and ask the waiter/bartender to recommend something. You WON'T be disappointed!)."

"My Fiancee and I came here for restaurant week - 3 courses for $15 is obviously a steal, but we made up for the savings in the pricey cocktails. First the food: I got a salad of micro greens, mushrooms, parmesan and some sort of heavenly vinagrette while my counter-part got some delicious seasoned edamame. Both were lovely first courses. Second courses included pulled pork sliders for me (delicious!) and braised beef curry for him (not so much curry flavor) then we got the caramel gelatin something or other dessert - I likened it to flan which means I liked it little. Our cocktails were heavenly - but that's to be expected."

"This is our favorite bar. The not-on-the-menu Black Walnut Old Fashioned is a must get. We usually only come for a drink or two, but decided to come for dinner with restaurant week. Everything was wonderful! They always have small plates, which is nice when you want to try more items. The food was very good, although the short ribs did have a LOT of fat on them. More than the usual that you would expect. Other than that, everything was great and this remains our favorite bar!"

"This place is more of a bar/lounge/hangout than a restaurant. It is definitely in the right spot in the hotel lobby. The lounge area makes it hard and uncomfortable to eat. The food was mediocre at best, slightly over priced for what you get. I could see you coming down here for a bite or a drink late night or before heading out but not really for a sit down meal."

"We visited Bradstreet Craftshouse on Valentine's Day. I was a very nice restaurant...a little dark for my taste, but nice and comfortable. They had a special 4-course meal that had good options (although for those who are non-pork eaters, the options became somewhat limited). The options we chose were delicious and fulfilling. Our server was fantastic and introduced my wife to a new cocktail. I would recommend this restaurant for special occasions or for foodies, because their regular menu has some very interested choices."

"We were at Bradstreet for restauarant week. I'll start with the positives about our experience. The drink menu was fantastic! I asked for a recommendation under the "gin" category, and the server's choice was spot-on - delicious, not too sweet, and mixed strong. The atmosphere is modern, cool bar, appropriate for a date night. The food was yummy - smallish portions, but not unreasonable small. I had veggie sliders, and my BF had scallops on lentils. Both were flavorful and very good quality. The creme caramel dessert was also great. It was sweet but not overpowering. Now for the negatives. It took a while for the hostess to show up to greet us, our drinks took forever to get, and the wrong entree was brought to me at first."

"I loved the ambiance, service and food. I did not like my mock tail so I got some grapefruit juice instead - which was freshly squeezed so I was quite impressed. The server was kind, cheerful and well presented. I liked the eclectic restaurant week menu which has definitely intrigued my revisit with friends."

"The open kitchen allowed customers to both watch and talk with the chefs. We sat just up a short flight of stairs from the counter in front of the kitchen at the front of the "back room." The low, almost Mideastern seating was at once at bit off-putting, but then relaxing as my wife and I literally laid back into the cushions. The "small dish" dinner we order gave us ample opportunity to sample a good half-dozen menu items, all of which were prepared and presented very nicely. A very pleasant pre-concert experience. Thank you!"

"This is not a place for supper, but rather more of a martini bar. Viewing the menu online, there was a category for sandwiches. We were just looking for sandwiches and a side. These so called sandwiches were the size of White Castle Sliders. The waitress was very nice and offered good service.
This is a nice place for creative drinks. The dinky, tiny sandwiches were tasty, but we left hungry, having each had two 'sandwiches' and fries. Live and learn."

"The Craftshouse is a lovely, elegant place, with quality/interesting food and drink.
My only dismay was over the parking: you can park underground in close proximity but it's expensive!! We were there less than 3 hrs. and the fee was $12. On top of food and drink, that makes for an expensive evening."

"I have been to Bradstreet before. Predictably good food and cocktails. I brought a friend to introduce her. We were seated at the side by side booth around from the hostess. I requested a face to face table since I am hard of hearing. Hostess said she would move us when something opened up and forgot about us. I am too embarrassed to ask twice. That table feels like you are seated at the end of a hall. A chair at that table would help. This spoiled Bradstreet for me. I used to think of it as a special place to go."

"Very small portion sizes--which is fine, if you know in advance, but I did not see any reviews and the waitress never mentioned anything or hinted at the fact that my burger would be a mini burger ball enough for a toddler (and sides are extra). Our bill for 2 people was $50 and we left hungry. Those in our group that had cocktails said they were really good and I'd recommend the Persephone (n/a cocktail). Waitress was friendly but our food was also brought out randomly. I'd say if you're going just for drinks and tasty appetizers it's a very cool atmosphere, but don't go hungry expecting to be filled up unless you order several dishes. Don't get me wrong, food was pretty good, but I hardly remember it as it was gone in 3 bites!"

"I have been to Bradstreet before and loved it. Last night's meal was disappointing. We received our bottle of wine after we were almost finished with our meals and my friend's Jucy Lucy slider was raw in the middle and had to be sent back. I was thrilled that they ofered gluten free buns, however mine was frozen in the middle. Our server did not check in on us frequently so most of these problems couldn't be corrected. Unfortunate because I have had a good experience in the past."

"Bradstreet Craftshouse has a unique drink menu with lots of craft cocktails, and the food menu is interesting. Our service was not particularly good, though. Our server was not very attentive, and we waited a long time for drinks and food. When our food came, we had to specifically ask for napkins and silverware, and we also had to flag down our waiter to get a second round of drinks, and our empty plates and glasses sat at our table for probably 30 minutes after we finished eating. I might go back because the drinks were excellent and the food was good, but I wouldn't make an effort to go again."
