"I took a group of 9 partners, associates and subordinates for a group dinner after an important meeting. I used OpenTable to make the reservation which I had to change three times due to schedule changes and additions. I noted in Private Notes that I wanted the most private spot possible which they had discovered and accommodated nicely. Received excellent feedback from many of the participants. Kudos to the staff that made it possible and OpenTable for such a smooth process that actually worked wonderfully!"

"Food was great, but i couldn't tell when i made the reservation that they were serving an all day brunch for mother's day. It was a complete waste of money to spend $50 on a buffet, especially for my kids. We went looking to have steak, and this is our favorite steakhouse and special occasion place. I love Del's all other times, but this was a complete bust."

"Del Frisco's Mother's Day Brunch has become a staple in our celebration. It's an opportunity to try many of the Del Frisco menu items, yet so much more. This year, the staff provided menus so people could plan their dining experience. One word of advice: pace yourself. Brunch included a raw bar with shrimp and oysters, 3 carving stations, omelettes and Eggs Benedict made to order, the usual breakfast items, desserts...and so much more. The $49.99 per person may sound pricey but if you've been to Del Frisco's before, you know it's a real value. We will be back next year."

"We go to Del Frisco's for the food, but when we leave we talk about how great th service was! Expensive...well yes bet I walked away paying over $700 dollars for 6 people and enjoyed every minute.
BTW we drive down from Fort Collins to enjoy a great steak and win with a night cap in the cigar lounge!"

"We were going to be late for our reservation so called ahead to let them know. As soon as we showed up we were promptly seated. It was a Friday night so it was busy.Our orders were taken quickly and the food arrived in a timley manner.We had fried oysters which were very good.The steaks were exellent as was the creamed spinach.The onoin rings in my opinion were lacking in seasoning but my wife enjoyed them very much. The portions were generous enough to accomadate several people for each side.Our drinks were filled constantly through the evening.It did take a while for the waiter to return with the check after we had finished, which he did appolagize for. A very nice time. It is expensive so don't go if your not willing to spend some cash."

"We reserved and arrived at opening time, 5pm. We were seated at 5:10 after watching later arrivals being seated and at one point four hostesses huddled around the front desk talking. A cautious start for an evening.
The service and food were satisfactory but neither outstanding for the price point.
We have been long-time customers but had not returned due to a previous and similar experience. We are uncertain if we will visit in the future. Our take is that if we thought of the place as organic, it is just tired. Disappointing for an old favorite."

"Del Frisco's is a classic steak house. When you think of steak you think Del Frisco's. It's a good thing because you know you'll get a great steak and a great meal. It's also nice that the sides are al la carte so you can choose what you want.
I don't eat red meat but my husband does so it's very special to take him here for his birthday or other special occasion."

"Not living in the area, I had not had the opportunity to eat at the famed Del Frisco until my latest trip to Denver. The service was over the top, with extra attention paid to my 85 year old father-in-law who says he had the best meal of his life (and he's had a lot of very good ones!). They have a great wine list, with bottles to match any budget. The steaks were fantastic, as were the 'family sides'. Of special interest that night were stone crab claws, which we love, but can not find very often. They were as fresh as if we were enjoying them in the Florida Keys! After dinner we shared the signature 'lemon cake' dessert. All in all, it was a great experience."

"This visit was a second chance. I am gluten intolerant, and reacted to dinner at Sullivan's. I gave the restaurant a good review, but said I couldn't recommend it to celiacs. The Sullivan's/Del Frisco's management read my review and contacted me...I agreed to try again. We went to Del Frisco's. I called the restaurant ahead and explained the food restrictions. We were treated very well, and the food was perfectly safe, no reactions whatsoever. Excellent steak, superb wine, conscientious service, good kitchen practices. It's a lovely restaurant and we will return. Happily recommend Del Frisco's to diners with dietary issues, advise calling ahead so the staff is aware. It's well managed, the staff will take care of you!"

"I would have given our visit five stars, but a couple of our side dishes were barely warm. They still tasted great, and the servers seemed to be bustling around, so I don't know what happened. We've eaten here before, and always loved it. The lemon birthday cake that they gave my husband was so delicious that it almost made up for it."

"THIS WAS ONE OF A NUMBER OF VISITS TO WHAT HAS BEEN OUR FAVORITE "SPECIAL OCCASION" RESTAURANT. ALL PRIOR VISITS WERE OUTSTANDING IN ALL REGARDS. THIS VISIT WAS MARKED BY SLOW SERVICE, LONG DELAYS BETWEEN COURSES AND FINALLY (WITH EXCEPTION OF MY WIFE'S FILET) WITH UNREMARKABLE FOOD, SERVED LATE NOT VERY WARM AND UNINSPIRING BACON-WRAPPED HALIBUT (3 GUESTS HAD THIS). THE SIDE DISH (SPINACH) WAS LUKE WARM AT BEST, AND FINALLY COLD. WE WERE HUNGRY, SO WE ATE. WHEN FINISHED WE WAITED (NOTING THAT OUR WAITER AND THE WAITRESS AT THE NEXT TABLE HAD DISAPPEARED). AFTER A COUPLE OF PASSES, THE SUPERVISOR CLEARED TABLE, AND LATER THE WAITER REAPPEARED TO OFFER COFFEE AND 'BIRTHDAY' DESERT.

"We always love this place ecspecially with out of town friends. I was upset this visit because we ordered the petit filets like always and they bring it out butterflied. I told them I didn't order it that way and the server said it was because I ordered it med well. I always ordered the thick steak that way because it is still pink inside and sits on a hot plate. The thin cut cooked too fast on the plate and turned over well done real fast."
