"On this visit to BLT we split a lobster salad that was amazing. Also, had the porterhouse for two which was delicious and prepared perfectly. We are always pleased with the exceptional service and outstanding quality of the food and wines. I think that they have the best burger and fries in the city and Caesar salad too. Great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thought we tend to order beef the seafood that we have had there is excellent. If in downtown it is a must but even if you are further away it is well worth the trip."

"BLT is among those rare restaurants that was excellent in every respect and at which each course was as memorable as the last. Even the warm gruyere popovers that are offered instead of the expected bread basket were as good as those I make for my family at every holiday meal. From the salads to the lamb to the steaks and collard greens, everything was prepared to perfection. In addition, our server was attentive without being obsequious. We will be back again soon!"

"I thought the food was fantastic and definitely had some of the best steaks my husband and I ever had. Cooked to perfection! The only downside was the fact that we wanted dessert and decided on their caramelized cheesecake. I would have never paid $10 for it if I saw the cheesecake before I bought it. It was a fantastic tasting cheesecake, but the size was not worth the money. It was cut into a circle and only about 4 inches wide and about 2 inches tall."

"One of the best dinning experiences! The food and service was excellent. The lobster and avocado cobb salad was very good. The lobster was fresh and did not have lobster roe and so did not taste fishy. The wine service was excellent. They worked as a team and ensured our glasses was always full. My wife had the rib-eye which was very good. It had a smokey flavor to it and cooked perfectly (med). I had the braised short ribs. The ribs were by far the best, biggest and "fall off the bone" meat I've had! The kids shared a pizza and mac n cheese. The pizza and mac n cheese was very light and very good. It 's one of the healthiest kid pizza's I've seen. We ended the night with a sticky toffee pudding. Again, amazing. This BLT (in the W hotel)"

"Steak was over-cooked. Ordered to much. One of the sides we did not touch at all. Should have been compt. at a nice restaurant like that. They insisted 3 sides was the right amount. Stay at the hotel, each LUNCH at BLT not dinner. Go some where nicer for dinner. This was the dinner after my proposal and I regret not going some where nicer and more accommodating."

"Go if you want highly flavored really rich food. I went twice in two nights - staying at the hotel. First night this amazing chicken - different from so many places and really great. Night two was steak and sides. Everything was so intensely rich - read high calories from oils - that we were both full even sharing one steak. But delish. Only minor irritant - if you go anytime near 10pm - as of 10pm the servers told us they stop serving no matter what - no dessert, no post dessert wines, nothing. No negotiation. It is over. After a bit of protest we found someone who still believes in taking care of the customers you've seated... only off note of the night."

"Our family is a tough to please crew who dine out at least 12 meals at week. All of us are blessed that we can enjoy the best restaurants in the world. The entire staff, the food and the manager Scott have made our entire family change how we talk about Atlanta. We drive two hours into Atlanta to dine and shop every 6 weeks and instead of saying, "When are we going to Atlanta", we now look at one another and say, "Whose in for a BLT run?""

"I have been to BLT several times. The food is always good and the service is usually dependable. However, I have to say the pricing has now become runaway expensive. My wife and I had appetizers, entrees a couple of sides, 2 drinks each and we shared a dessert. It was $235 before tip. It was unacceptable. We won't go back."

"My friend is on the "caveman" diet (no joke!) so I needed a steakhouse to take him near his downtown hotel. This one came through! The food was delicious, and they have a "team" approach to servers -- I'm not sure we saw the same person twice, yet we were well attended the whole night -- in fact, the courses came almost too quickly! If you're looking for a good steak house, this one delivers!"

"i wouldn't recommend the restaurant b/c of the food. Given the quality to be found in the Atlanta steakhouse arena, BLT came up short. My steak was overdone and the meat seemed of sub-par quality. "We were seated in the bar booth closest to the hotel door and there was a wind tunnel every time the door opened. We had terrible service on a Friday night because they were under staffed and the bartender was also our server and also had 2 other tables while making the drinks for the entire restaurant. He made me his signature cocktail which was a tequila jalapeño lime concoction which tasted like straight lime juice and I sent it back. BLUGH! The food was good - not amazing. The service was terrible and instead we had to ask for refills, go UP to the bar to get our check and go up to the bar again to pay it. Wouldn't recommend spending money here - so many better options in the area with better food and better service."

"Went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day this year. The food was great, ambiance/setting was good for a romantic dinner. Would probably be appropriate for a business dinner as well. My girlfriend and I were seated in the very back corner right in front of the kitchen, and it was a little noisy, but wasn't so terrible that we had to raise our voices to hear each other. Overall, great restaurant and we will be back!"

"BLT Does It Again! I had dinner here again and loved everything! Everything was wonderful, from the complimentary popover bread to the bone in ribeye. Service was very helpful and professional. Our server recommended the tuna tartare and terrine special both which was amazing, as was the beet salad that I ordered. My friend and I split the 22oz bone in in ribeye and loaded up on sides. Mac and cheese with bacon and truffle is a must! If you have room for dessert, get the peanut butter parfait."
