"The setting was very nice and romantic, the servers were very attentive and nice, but the food was not that great honestly. We've had much better Italian, especially at that price. It was a little disappointing honestly."

"This is a beautiful historic house restored to a restaurant. The setting is lovely and the service was very good. The was was good, but nothing stood out as outstanding. It is a nice place to enjoy a good dinner. Just FYI, they do charge a corkage fee. This was one of the few restaurants that we visited that did charge a corkage fee."

"This was our second visit (we are from out of the country), and we were very favourably impressed again. The menu was interesting and each dish ordered was well-prepared. The room with paintings on the walls was fabulous - love the high ceilings and the feeling of being outdoors. We will be back."

"Our party of six enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Ca'Bianca. The beet salad was delicious, as were our entrees of duck, carbonara, butternut ravioli, rib-eye, fish special, and steak special. The almost flourless chocolate cake was delicious! The lovely house in which the restaurant is located is a beautiful setting. The service was impeccable. We had a great experience."

"We have dined in this restaurant in the past. Our recent lunch was a disappointment. There were items on the rather limited lunch menu that weren't available or, in the case of the chicken pannini, the smoked chicken was substituted for roasted chicken. The pannini was rather blah. We'll probably go back in the evening, but will skip this restaurant when having lunch out."

"This was my chosen spot for a first date in August, and our return date at our 6 month mark. The meal was fantastic, the atmosphere romantic, and the service was perfect. But that was not what impressed me the most. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to the restaurant prior to our arrival, and let the management know they were coming. I then received a call about an hour prior to our reservation. The Ca Bianca management was calling to let me know the flowers had not arrived yet, which gave me the opportunity to call the florist and ensure the delivery. Without a doubt, had the flowers not arrived, I still would have given Ca Bianca an excellent review, but with that added touch of Customer Service, I cannot give them higher praise"

"Ca Bianca was fantastic. I took my girl here for a nice dinner and we were not disappointed. The food was great and our waitress was quite amiable. As pricing goes, the menu was more than reasonable. Though the portions initially seemed a little small, the food was delicious and filling, ultimately making for perfectly sized dish. A phenomenal experience to say the least."

"We went for a birthday celebration and everything was perfect. One diner started with the carrot/ginger soup which was fresh and delicious. Two had starter salads which were also very fresh. Two of the diners ordered the lamb shank, which came with rounds of formed polenta and a small amount of fresh vegetables. They both raved about this dish. Two of us ordered the pork marsala. The description indicated it was pork tenderloin, so we expected rounds of the tenderloin, but it came very thinly sliced, but the flavor of the sauce was excellent. It came with a few slices of roast potato and fresh vegetables. We skipped dessert as we had a birthday cake waiting at home. We will definitely return."

"We were quite disappointed. The place is beautiful and first impression was good. The maitre d seemed dismissive and distracted. This was to be a special lunch for my granddaughter's 19th birthday and we were hoping to find a special day in Santa Rosa rather than going to SF. The ravioli, while pretty good by themselves, were in a pool of olive oil, yuck! the sandwich my granddaughter ordered was over stuffed with disappointing tasting processed chicken and sauce. Well, we will not return."
