This Father’s Day, dad deserves the weekend of laid-back extravagance he craves. To celebrate the dad who enjoys great food and a spectacular atmosphere, Viceroy Miami’s Eos restaurant will be transformed into a lounge with a Speakeasy-like atmosphere on Saturday, June 15 with a live jazz band, hand-rolled cigars and a gourmet a la carte BBQ menu prepared by Executive Chef Morgan Nims. The weekend will continue on Sunday with an exceptional three-course prix fixe dinner.

"Made reservations for 7:30 pm to celebrate our anniversary with the intention of a beautiful view...boy did we get it. The lighting at that time was spectacular and progressively intensified with the sun setting and the city lights awakening. We started with the Taste of Spain appetizer, the mixed green salad, Filet Mignon and topped off the meal with their home-made Tiramisu. DELISH. Nina and the entire staff were absolutely a delight. I love the staff's uniform...Jeans, pink Oxford shirt with a vest....contemporary yet comfortable...take a walk along the longest pool deck in Miami right outside the doors."

"We were a party of five and had a wonderful experience at Eos. Food was very presentable and tasty. Hotel valet service was awful but we still enjoyed ourselves and recommend the viceroy."

"Food was very good. However we went on a Friday night and there was a party going on outside with a DJ. Every time someone from the party went inside the restaurant to get a drink from the bar, the extremely loud music blasted through the open door and scared us all. This must have happened 20 time throughout dinner and made for difficult conversation."

"I rarely write reviews but for this place i have to. After proposing to my fiancé on the water during sunrise I went here to celebrate and I was not disappointed. The weather was during one of Miami's recent cold fronts so it was perfect weather for eating outside. The ambiance was flawless. The city to your west and the bay to your east. And they of course offered the complimentary champagne for the special Occassion. Just grade A service all around."

"Went for Valentine's day and had a wonderful experience. We were placed in a very romantic corner with a great view of downtown Miami. Although we don't much care for Prix-Fixe menus we've grown accustomed to them on such holidays. Everything was very delicious and well prepared."

However, I must say the prices were surprisingly affordable. I therefore didn't feel like I was cheated in any way.
On a less windy and warmer day, I might try it again and eat outside to enjoy the view."
