"Our family of 9: 8 adults and a two year old had our Mother's Day Sunday dinner at Jags at 1:30. The food....was wonderful. Steaks, chicken, seafood, etc. were ALL good by all accounts. They had a nice children's menu too. After we were finished, they invited us to take our grandson to the sundae bar.
There, they helped him plant a flower for his mother, build an ice cream sundae, get a chef's hat, and get a balloon. What a wonderful touch and treat. Well done Jags! Thanks for going the extra mile. We'll be back for sure!"

"I don't think I would have even noticed Jag's if I had not found them on Open Table. Their location is convenient from all parts of Hamilton, Fairfield, West Chester, Springdale, and parts of Cincinnati. Even with directions from our GPS, we went sailing by the building - so look closely if you decide to to try this quaint restaurant. The food was really good and the service was excellent. I look forward to trying their usual fare, especially what looks like wonderful steak as seen on the menu . Very pricey steak; however, I bet it would be worth every penny. We went for Mother's Day and enjoyed the special menu turkey which was reasonably priced."

"Mother's day 2013 was my first time eating at Jag's. I kind of took a chance given the fact that I wanted the experience to be special for my wife, my kid's and I. I selected Jag's primarily from the customer reviews and the location. We were not disappointed! The food was prepared perfectly and the service was up there with the best I've ever experienced. "Went to brunch here on Mother's Day. Great service. Very attentitive. What surprised me was the limited offering for brunch. I expected the typical omlette bar, french toast, cinamon rolls, etc. The menu featured prime rib, turkey, eggs benedict and other food that I'm sure is great, but at 10AM I still wanted something 'sweet.' I ordered the eggs benedict and they were great. Again service was wonderful I would've preferred a more well rounded offering."

"Really not much to say other than the steak was very good (perfectly cooked as directed), as were the side dishes. The only downfall was that our waitress had too many tables to serve...there was a large group next to us (at least 10+) and she had no help, despite the manager who was present and kindly asking each table if their food was to their satisfaction; apparently he wasn't watching the service. I can't blame the waitress -- there's only so much one person can do -- but management was clearly blind to the situation. Ambiance is dark wood...masculine and warm, more of a business lunch environment."

"We have been coming to Jags since Michelle started there about 10 years ago and have never been disappointed. There is an active bar scene to the left as one enters and at my age of 74 I prefer to get deeper into the quiet and elegant right side of the restaurant where one can have a quiet conversation. Food is elegant, well thought out, and thorough in its diversity. It is inconceivable that one could not find a dish on that extensive menu which wouldn't satisfy. Steaks, chicken, seafood, chicken, vegetarian items, all are available and prepared with culinary excellence. We live in Westwood and people are surprised that we travel "so far" for fine dining, but once they try Jags they agree with us that it is worth the 25 minute ride."

"Ii was expecting exception food for the prices that you had to pay. I was very disappointed with flavor of the food. Garlic mashed potatoes were bland, the asparagus was woody and tough, the onion soup had some nasty cheese on it that smelled and the soup base did not taste like onions. The steak and scallops were good but not the quality I'm used to having. What they charge is outrageous for the type of food we got."

"It was my first time there. I was taken there by my sister and brother in law to celebrate my new job. (I've been without work for 14 months.) I enjoyed it very much we had a good time talking and it wasn't too load which is nice. It didn't seem stuffy or stiff just comfortable.

"I always love returning to Jag's. This trip was great for all things under their control. I was seated next to a table of "less than classy" women, but that is a risk taken when dining out. The room filled with large tables of obnoxious teenagers (Prom night) towards the end of our dinner. Again...understandable and out of the control of the restaurant. "Saturday was a special day for me as I asked my girlfriend to marry me. I did this after a wonderful meal at Jaggs. The manager suggested he have the ring place in the desert tray. These were covered, so after my speech to my girl 4 waiters presented the deserts. Under my girlfriend's was the ring on a plate that said, "will you marry me". They made everything very romantic, how could a girl say no after that. Then we were whisked off to a reserved table in the dance club bar, where we enjoyed a glass of champagne on the house. The band was great that night as it always is. Overall a night to remember thanks to the crew at Jaggs."

"Our 1st table was in a more "busy" spot and since this was my wife's birthday and we would be with another couple we requested a "quieter" table. We were brought into a nice private room which we had all to ourselves for most of the night, perfect setting.
Our server was exellent, attentive without being overbearing. She remembered my wife's bithday and let her pick out a complementry desert, which she then delivered with a candle!
Wife had lobster tails, Loved them. Tow of use had the steak/blackend shrimp special, both of us felt the steak was great but shrimp were VERY salty.
I had the berry salad, and I could eat that everyday!! It was a perfect blend of ingredients, could not be better. Overall very enjoyable night."

"I felt as if mike the manager offered us custom attention. Holly our waitress was promt to offer assistance and always followed up with being obtrusive. It was overall and very enjoyable and well valued dinner."

"The only thing that disappointed me was the blue cheese dressing on the salad.
It tasted very commercial, like it came from a bottle, and not a good bottle either.
Otherwise, a nice meal. They gave me a free dessert for my birthday~"

"We went there for prom. I appreciate the PROM package you offered to students. Prom is already expensive enough and dinner can be expensive. My Mom found you on the internet and I'm glad she did! Th food, service and ambience was fantastic! I would recomment it to anyone!"

"We have had consistently good experiences at Jag's. Our party arrived early but we were seated immediately. Our server was helpful, friendly and attentive but not overbearing. The pace of the meal was leisurely, but not slow. Food was, of course, fabulous. Jags is a great "go to" restaurant for special occasions."

"It was Jag's first annual Easter brunch. My husband and I are frequent diners and this was an opportunity to bring our young children to join in. They went out of their way to make it the best experience for everyone, especially the kids. Their sundae bar was extravagant, with potting a basil large leaf plant to getting a chef's hat and balloon, and collecting Easter eggs with treats! The food quality is always high."

"WOW, where do I begin? From the time we were greeted till the time we left, everyone there was outstanding. There was five of us. We had a couple of drinks at the bar first. It was good to see them help each other out and was always on top of things. We had Cassie as our server. She was wonderful!!! Knew what she was talking about and everything she recommended was perfect. We come from Columbus and take family and friends there. GREAT STAFF & GREAT FOOD!!!! Can't wait to go back the next time we are down that way."
