"Good food but very expensive. Great views and good people watching. When we first sat down, we were attended to right away and given great complimentary dishes. The down side: There was only 2 wines on the red wine list that were under $100. The staff disappeared the last 40 minutes of our meal. Bottled water was $9 a bottle for Panna or $12 for a bottle of Pelligrino. Our party of 6 were given our bill with 20% gratuity added. So we paid 20% tip on top of tax and 3 bottles of wine."

"Risotta de Mare to die for, everyone sampled each others pasta, each one as flavorful and tender as the next. Service was first class with the ambience of an upscale restaurant in a more relaxed ski town setting. Ate several times at the Florida restaurant, Aspen is the best. Everyone had the experience they expected and more."

"A contemporary restaurant located in Little Nell first may be one of the best locations in Aspen. Well trained staff very knowledgable of both the wine list and menu were very helpful and attentive. The complimentary dishes that were brought out at the start was a prelude to the amazing dishes to follow. The kids (5&8 yr olds) shared calamari to start which may have been some of the freshest we have had. Their entre fettuccine with truffle sauce and peas fantastic as well. Ours started with truffle ravioli followed by veal and sole again amazing. I don't think we could find a plate that we wouldn't have enjoyed. It is expensive but well worth it. People watching very entertaining as well."

"We have dined in Il Mulino in NYC and we were expecting a similar experience in their Aspen location. Although the food and service were very good, we missed the old world charm of Il Mulino in New York. The intimacy and the feeling of being transported to Italy while dining in their New York restaurant are completely lacking in the large, open, modern restaurant in Aspen."
