Ireland's Steakhouse is Weston's premier restaurant and the area's only restaurant awarded a Four Diamond rating by AAA. Featured in excellent reviews by the Miami Herald and the Fort Lauderdale Sun Sentinel, Ireland's Steakhouse is proud to offer only the finest steaks and freshest seafood. Our menu features specialties such as Organic Niman Ranch Prime and Certified Black Angus. We also feature only desserts prepared at our own pastry kitchen and a great young diner menu. As an ideal complement to our Steak and Seafood fare, our custom-built wine cellar offers a selection of over 1200 bottles. Ireland's features art from the local artist Tom Rossetti from Rossetti Art Concepts, Inc.

"This was our second time dining at Ireland's and we absolutely loved it. The food was outstanding and the service was superb. So far, this is the only place where our steak was cooked just right and delicious. Our compliments to the chef. We will definitely be back."

"We went for Valentines dinner on sat. since it was booked sun. This was our third visit and as before the food was great. Our server even remembered seeing us before. She checked on us occasionally to see if we needed anything else. She was very pleasant and attentive. The only negative comment is the price. I felt it was a bit expensive, such as $18 for potatoes au gratin, even though it was a large portion meant for two."

"This was my 3rd dining experience there. From the moment you walk in, the treatment is 5 star.
The wine list is beyond adequate and the personel are top notch.
Carmine waited on us, excellent. I was here for my girlfriends friends birthday and
it was their first time. Her friend started off with a mozzarella caprese and my girlfriend
had the spinach salad with gorganzola/pears salad! Awesome!!! I asked for the sous Chef
he came to the table and I asked him if there was any cheese appetizer, this was not on the menu
he brought us out a wonderful selection of Brie, cheddar, Gouda with dried fruit, a whole cherry
sweet spread and olives and man it was awesome.
I had the boned in filet and the girls had buffaloe filets Awesome!!!!"

"We have an amazing Valentines weekend dinner at Irelands. The food was great and the service was very friendly. They were knowledgeable yet approachable. We had salads, steak appetizer, lamb chops, truffle mac and cheese and everything was beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The prices were high but well worth it for a special occasion."

"Our overall dining experience was ruined due to a group sitting next to us and the lack of management. The group was obnoxiously loud and we could not talk over them. The request to move to another table was denied although the restaurant was still empty, nor did management deal with the situation. We were not a difficult group illustrated by the fact that there was table of 16 people next to us and that was not a concern. It is a very expensive restaurant but since we could not carry on a conversation, or hear ourselves think, we could not enjoy the dining experience. It was very unfortunate that the situation was not dealt with in any manner since the food was delicious. The service was good until the table of 16 arrived."

"The dinner was excellent, the waiter was friendly and explained all the different specialties (bread with special butters, special salts, choice of knives, steak specials, etc.) The food was fabulous, everything the waiter said it would be, better than Ruth's Chris Steakhouse! Would definitely go again, and again, . . ."

"First time at the restaurant, and it was excellent. We travel extensively and dine out frequently, and Ireland's is in the top ten. The food was world-class: the beef was top shelf, the lobster tails actually a bargain, even the dessert and french-press coffee were excellent. The wine list was more than adequate and not overpriced.
Even better, the service was professional, and we don't use that phrase lightly. Our head server Carmen was a joy, and obviously at the top of her game. Ask for a table in her station, you will be glad that you did.
Overall, a sophisticated gourmand's treat. If you are in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area its worth the short trip out west--don't miss it!"
