"Village Tavern is a great place to have dinner with a group of people and also a great place to have a nice dinner and catch up with a friend. Tiffany was our waitress. She was very friendly, very attentive and knowledgable about the menu. We never feel rushed by the wait staff, which is really nice!"

"We always enjoy this restaurant. It is convenient, they honor reservations, it is attractive and comfortable. The menu is varied enough for everyone's taste. I especially like the all vegetable/spageti squash dish. The burgers are large and delicious, good flatbreads, salads. The wine is is also very good and reasonable. The bar is always lively and noisy, but it is separated from the main dining area, which is good. There is outdoor dining also, very pleasant."

"We usually have zero complaints at Village Tavern. The food is eclectic, ranging from "foodie" to hamburgers to aged steaks. This time, the braised short ribs were too salty (waayyyy too salty), which was unusual; hence the downgrade for this visit. We were pleasantly surprised to see Kaiken Malbec on the wine list! (wine list is intelligently selected, with many excellent "good value" choices)."

"we had reservatins on a Friday night at 7:15 and weren't seated too much later than that. We usually do happy hour in the bar with another couple but we were a party of 6 family members so chose the dining room. Will not eat in the dining room again, if we can help it! All booths and all were packed! Couldn't hear across the table. Our server, Jeff, was quite good. Extensive menu so something for everyone! Decent prices. Will go back...for the bar area's happy hour!"

"been many times this last trip disaster. y order came in two dishes as share but it was not ordered as a share - never corrected they left the two plates even after sending back for more fire they returned it in two plates flank steak was too rare - sent back and they just nuked it - inedible. when i told the waiter he shrugged and said that's how it is when well done - never ordered well done.
waiter brought check without asking if we wanted coffee and dessert.

"I have eaten there more than once, but I must say that not everything on the menu is too my liking. This time I ordered a hamburger with fries and it was delicious, made just the way I requested it.
