"My steak was prepared incorrectly and had to be re-cooked.. my wife's meal came out 30 minutes after my meal.... it took our waitress 15 minutes to come to our table after we were finally seated... our reservation was for 8pm and it took about 10 minutes to be seated which was probably the only good thing that happened the whole time we were there.. Our 17th year anniversary was on the 13th..this was to be our anniversary dinner... BUMMER !!!"

"As usual, our dining experience was top notch. The staff is very friendly, fast, respectful and never disappear when you need something and the food spectacular. I have never had a bad meal here. The chocolate soufflé was grand and was one of the best desserts I have eaten anywhere. We go for special occasions only as it is a place we use to reward ourselves for milestones in our lives. Highly recommend."

"I loved this restaurant, it is an all around place; you can take your special someone, co-workers for lunch, or a gathering place for friends after work. There is outside seating and even in the heat of AZ, you are still comfortable. The service is top notch, very energetic and the filet mignon chopped salad and banana crème pie is too die for."

"Had a reservation and was seated within five minutes of arriving.
Appetizer (chips with cheese spread, guacamole and salsa) and main courses (chicken crepes and crab cakes) were delicious. Bread pudding (with croissants, caramel drizzle and whipped cream) dessert was highlight of the experience.
Brought wrong dessert (cheesecake) first time.
Had trouble hearing each other due to noise (borderline detraction).
I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Absolutely worth trying."

"Very nice evening. The service was sporadic and polite, not as attentive as expected and things seemed rushed between the infrequent visits. Still, the food was good. The salads were very good, but not distinguishable from something you would make at home. The entree's were very good; a salmon preparation and a pasta dish. Our waiter was good at steering us to the best dishes.
We seldom eat dessert but ordered a banana cream pie dish to share which was remarkable for something considered mundane. Outstanding finish to a slow start.
As a beer drinker, I was disappointed in the choices--in an age of craft type choices whether in bottle or draft, there is a lot to be desired."

"Based on other reviews I had read, I thought this had scenic views and was looking forward to dining on the "patio". We only visit the area twice a year and are always looking for another new restaurant. The "Patio" ended up being a covered concrete area that only offered a "view" (of the highway primarily) if you were sitting next to an open slat in the wall. The inside decor looked very nice and the bar looked pretty cool. the food was just so-so - not bad - just not great. I felt like we had wasted one of our evenings at a very mediocre restaurant when there are so many others to choose from in the area. Would not recommend based on other options."

"It was very good food, but waiter seemed as if he may have had too many tables? He was very nice, but distracted. Didn't get side dish of broccoli we ordered, took quite awhile to get second bar drinks. But, all in all, very nice place! And again, our server was very nice, but seemed spread too thin. So it's not that he was bad, but for those prices, location, etc I expect exceptional service!

"I love it at White Chocolate Grill! It's my "go-to" restaurant.
Love their Israeli couscous and salmon.
The caprice salad was weird, however. Too many little grape tomatoes and too few mozzarella balls. I've never been disappointed in a caprese and this one was the first. I told the manager.
Also wish they had a couple more REAL chocolate desserts. I know, I know, this is "White Chocolate" grill (let's not even go into the fact that there IS no such thing as "white chocolate"!) but us chocoholics are lookin' for dessert. We had to go elsewhere."

"First visit. Experience was consistent with other reviews on Open Table. This is a good restaurant. Very popular. Service was great. Food was good, but everything we had was heavily salted. I would have rated the food outstanding if everything wasn't dripping in salt. It was good, just salty. The restaurant is busy and noisey. Noisiest restaurant I've ever been in. Noise level at 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday night was almost deafening. I thought the restaurant was good value for the money. The only downside is the noise level. It's beyond energetic. It's too loud."

"The four stars are for their desserts, especially the white chocolate bread pudding. We came for lunch and were able to get a reservation and a nice booth. Ordered the famous chicken salad (yum) and pulled pork sandwich (okay). The salad was huge but also close to $15. I would have preferred a smaller lunch portion for less money. The waiter was a bit aloof but we got our drinks refilled and the bread pudding was to die for. I want to come back and try the banana cream pie."

"Menu had a selection that made it hard to choose the best option but finally selected Rotisserie Chicken and half rack of ribs with caramelized carrots paired with an Australian Shiraz.
Chicken meat was tender enough to slide off the bone and practically melt in your mouth. the carrots and seasoning enchancing the flavor of the chicken. Ribs bbq sauce mild which brought out the taste of the meat more than the sauce(excellent in my opinion)

We were greeted by a friendly hostess, and seated with prompt drink service. Our server was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the menu and pairings. A great place to try different dishes and moderately priced which means we will be back often!"

"Whenever we're in Scottsdale we always go to White Chocolate Grill. The menu is very extensive with lots of great choices. There are many interesting salads, the BBQ ribs and chicken are great and many fresh fish choices. The service is also excellent - very attentive and friendly servers.
