"Visited Butterfield 8 as part of Restaurant Week. There was only one server, who was also the bartender, and he was great. He made sure we were always attended to and made sure that all issues were addressed. I ordered the hangar steak medium rare, which arrived medium well. He had the kitchen make an entire new dish with the steak cooked correctly. The food was overpriced for the quality."
