"I knew it was going to be a good experience when we walked in & they said Happy Birthday to my daughter who was celebrating her 25th birthday! That started off her night on a good note! The cheese cake desert they brought her was delicious! Everyone was fabulous!"

"On Sat. June 8th, 2013, my daughter, my neighbor and I had reservations at 6pm and the food was DELICIOUS. My daughter enjoyed the food and the entire atmosphere so, I took her best friend there the following Saturday which was June 15th, 2013 and our reservations were for 4:45pm. The food was not as good as it was the previous week; the mashed potatoes were cold and the steak and the mashed potatoes didn't taste as good as it did the previous week (and both times we ordered the ribeye w/ mashed). So I'm kind of having mixed feelings about our experience at the Jack Binion Steakhouse."

"Our biggest problem was that our steaks came out well done rather than medium rare. They did make good on changing them but we did have to wait awhile. The steaks were very tasty (although the ribeye was extremely fatty) and the sides were good and meant for sharing. A good high-end place to eat in the Horseshoe Casino but better steakhouses around."

"Crab Cake for appetizer was very good, Kansas Steak was tender & mouth watering and Carrot Cake for dessert was excellent.
Overall the food was delicious, service was fast and the atmosphere was very relaxing.
Jack Binion's Steakhouse was easy to get to...no outrageous parking fee like downtown Chicago and actually J.B.'s steaks were better than some of the steakhouses I've been to downtown Chicago and at various other casinos!!
Yes, I plan to visit again...SOON!

"Server was right on with recommendations. Might be the best veal chop ever and my steak was over the top. Greeter stopped to inquirer about food and service and to make sure we enjoyed the chef preparation. Timing and delivery were just right (went on a Wednesday night)."

"We went to celebrate a friend's birthday and Diane and her assistant were the bomb. We were seated at a table that overlooked the waters. The ambiance was very upscale and the booths can lead to a nice romantic evening. The birthday girl did not like what she ordered, and Diane and Brian(manager)took away the food she didn't like and got her something she was pleased with. We all enjoyed the meal, wine and service. Everyone made sure everyone was happy and were very friendly and catered to our every need. I will most definitely be back and will recommend Jack Binion's Steakhouse to all my friends and family. I only wished there was a dress code (no jeans)."

"I had a great Easter dinner. I ordered the 16oz Ribeye and my companion ordered the 32oz Porterhouse. Both were grilled to perfection and very tender. The sides were awesome as well. Two HUGE baked potatoes, creamed spinach and macaroni and cheese. The sauteed mushrooms were very yummy. To top off the meal, I ordered the cheese cake. There was more than enough to share between two people. It was a very special dining experience."

"We didn't have to wait to be seated. We had a magnificiant view of Chicago and the Lake. The food was excellent. The steak was tender with good taste. The creme brulee was extraordinar. The service was excellent. The restaurant is very well decorated. The colors are pleasing to the eye and the wood is rich. I am a Former Culinary Arts Director of Ivy Tech College, a graduate of Purdue University Calumet in their Restaurant,Hotel,and Institutional Management Program, a Cerified Dietary Manager and an accomplished cook. This is definately a 5 star restaurant. I would certainly recommend it to all."

"I was celebrating my 29th wedding anniversary, and I must say the food was very good and the waiter we had was excellent. my only negative comment would be, though we did have a great view and a booth for seating, no mention of our anniversary by staff was made. I are at Wildfire the following evening, and at least they said happy anniversary and gave us a complimentary ice cream and cake!"

Both of out steaks were over cooked, yet the waiter did repeatedly offer to correct, did not want to waste the food or wait on another dinnner. "This is the best place to eat near far south side of city. Steaks are Delicious. I had mine prepared Cajan style. I enjoy the 4 or so variety bread basket, and the sides are genorous and tasty. I had the asparagus, and mushrooms. Binions is a regular stop for me, and i will continue to return."

"kind of a sceinic view, but I work at the mills so it's beauty to me.
I can't say enough about the staff AAAAAA++++++++. Fun, accomedating energetic.
My steak was just ok, the sides were better. My wife felt the same about her fmeal also. That's not to say we will never go back, we probably will.

"Jack B's is one of our favorites, everytime we go to the Horseshoe we try to have dinner at Jack's. Everything was great, they have updated their menu and also their dining ware. Steaks were done to perfection. See ya soon!!"

"Jack Binion's is a GREAT RESTAURANT to take the one you love for any occasion ! The food is very very good, the view of the lake is awsome, and the staff is very very nice and attentive to your needs. Also the seating is very comfortable and just a very relaxing atmosphere. It would be even nicer if there was some type of lights that would show case the lake at night to make it even more romantic."
