Aquavit
Michelin-starred Aquavit showcases Chef Marcus Jernmark's expression of seasonal, Modern Nordic fare. Located in Midtown Manhattan, Aquavit has been a pioneer of Nordic cuisine since opening 25 years ago. The restaurant has an extensive wine list as well as an aquavit infusion and cocktail program run by Wine Director Keri Levens. At lunch we offer an a la carte menu and a 3-course prix fixe for $35pp. At dinner we offer a 4-course prix fixe for $85pp where all menu items are also available a la carte. In addition we offer a 7-course tasting menu for $125pp.
