"I was disappointed with the table they had reserved for us. It was a table set for 8 yet I had made reservations for 10. When we asked for another table, we were sat at the 2nd worst table in the restaurant yet there were plenty of large tables open. Our third table was incredibly sloped. We made the best of it. Our service was excellent! The food was good."

"I was pretty disappointed when I found out that they had gotten rid of the fried goat cheese balls. They were probably the best thing on the menu. The calamari was good, but the rest of the food was so-so."

"I can't say much about my experience because I never actually had more than a glass of water.

We were seated quickly and given glasses of water. However, it was a cold evening and we our table was adjacent to the "garage type" doors that are open in warm weather. The cold air seeping through the cracks. We waited for about ten minutes to have our table changed, but no one appeared. We got up, looked for another table (quite visible to anyone working there) but after walking around a bit, found none. So we left."

"I highly recommend the all you can eat special they have on Tuesday nights! For a set price of $15 each, you're presented with a pretty extensive tapas menu from which you can order two selections each at a time, all you can eat! It's a great way to sample their tapas (which is excellent) and decide which you like best. The fish tacos and brisket tacos were my favorite. The yucca fries and warm endive with blue cheese were excellent too! The atmosphere was fun and upbeat, especially for a Tuesday night. The live music was a great touch!!! Overall, I loved it, and I will definitely be back!"

"Did not like the service from the waiter. He was too slow. Not all the orders were taken until later, cause he did not ask "Is this it for the order or am i missing anyone?"My husband did not get his drink until 20 minutes later or more. I wish the 20% tip was not included on receipt. Nice guy though."

"Unsually quiet for an all-you-can-eat dinner at Loca Luna, but probably due to the arctic cold that night. That left more room for our waiter to provide us with great service and dishes came out quicker. The food was great, as usual, and we enjoyed eating all the different tapas. We tried one of each! The band definitely add to the ambiance. A great experience overall, and we'll definitely be back!"

"I've been there several times and they have the best mojits. Service was a little slow this night though and one round of mojitos my table got the bartender forgot the simple syrup so we had to get them fixed. Normally, I've never had a problem there."

"I visited Loca-Luna over the Thanksgiving holidays with the women in my family as a girls night out and we fell in LOVE. The food was phenomenal, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was perfect. ( even though a little more light for my seasoned eyes would have been helpful) I am raving to all my friends to give this place a try. One thing to note is that they DO NOT split checks so be prepared to have one person pay with plastic or everyone bring cash and tally up to cover the tab and tip. I am definitely going to visit this restuarant again soon."

"Party of 4 seated next to party of 20+. Once the larger party arrived the waiter forgot we existed and the noise was unbearable. We asked for our check stating we were leaving and the waiter shrugged and said ok. We later spent a good deal at a very nice place."
