"My husband, my son and I had dinner at the Bistro One LR at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach in Miami Beach on Thursday May 16, 2013 . We chose the al fresco poolside seating with a beautiful breeze from the Atlantic Ocean and we savoured some seafood dishes; the Paella Valenciana and the Pan Roasted Turbot. The quality of the food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our server was very polite and accommodating and he gave us excellent service too and he needs to be highly commended too."

"Unfortunately our fish was almost tough and blah- couldn't tell if it was frozen or overcooked. The beignet was the worse we've had if one considers all the 4stars restaurants that serve them. Almost unbelievable considering that this is Ritz Carlton."

"Perfect all you can drink mimosas, champagne, bloody marys (my personal favorite). The servers at all levels were incredibly gracious and helpful and would remember what you were drinking! The dessert is super intense after an all-you-can eat brunch (with crab/seafood bar!!) The only downside were the playing/screaming kids outside by the pool... with squirt guns. But you can sit inside and keep your distance!"
