"Our party of 7 was there for a going away luncheon. It was our first time dining at Blue Bamboo. We had a wonderful time! The ambiance was quiet, cozy, comfortable, and a nice touch of elegance. The presentation of the food had a "Wow! That looks delicious!" affect. Everything was absolutely delicious! The service was superb! We had a wonderful experience! We absolutely will return as a group and individually with family and friends!"

"Made the mistake and went to the restaurant on Valentines Day. They opened up an adjoining room to accommodate a bigger crowd - not a romantic setting. I realize this is a big day for restaurants but if you cannot provide the same level of service as a normal Friday night, you should not do it. Got to the restaurant at 5:45PM, seated right away, and then waited until 7:15PM to get our entree. The waitress apologized stating "the kitchen is overwhelmed by the crowd". It basically spoiled the night for me and my wife - despite the good food. Blue Bamboo should not try to make a killing on a special night if they cannot handle it properly. Too bad - theyjust lost a customer."

"This is the 2nd time I have been for valentines day. I understand it can be a little hectic, but reservations were at 8- staff wanted me to wait in another room- i refused and waited at the tiny bar. Suggestion: make the waiting room a makeshift bar. take empty tables out of the resturant- it is frustrating not to be seated and to see empty tables. They really need a more personable host. Food is amazing though."

"Blue Bamboo was great. We had a pretty long wait for our food, which wasnt a big deal, but they still took off a meal and a couple drinks from the bill, which shows they are all about customer satisfaction. Drinks were good, food was good, and our server Jason was awesome and kept us updated with the hold and even the chef came out to check a couple of times. Definately a spot to go and would recommend to anyone."
