"I got credit for making a great choice for my daughter's college graduation in coming to this restaurant. We had a perfectly behaved 3 year-old with us, and nobody gave us a hard time. Food was great, especially the short ribs. We received a table photo and a menu congratulating our daughter -- sounds a little hokey, but actually a very nice touch and a great keepsake."

"They had a new look since the last time my husband and I were there. It was nice and worked well. We missed the meat cart and desert tray they used to present but it didn't ruin the experience. The food was perfect."

"The food, was great (lobster not hot, but cool) that was the only reason the food didn't get outstanding, filet excellent, Wedge huge & delicious, escargot decent. we are used to pricey steak houses, but the only thing that was truly over the top was a $15 martini that did not fill the glass. Service wonderful, atmosphere great, very romantic. I would go back again and recommend to a friend. I'm sure if I let them know about the martini, they would have corrected, but we let it go."

"From the time we arrived until the time we left, everyone treated us as special dining guests. The maitre'd and waiter read my special comments about celebrating our 11th anniversary. I said that the 10th was paper and the 11th was meat. Our waiter, Alton, repeated that to us and my girlfriend didn't know I made the comment when I made the reservation, so she thought it was pretty funny. They put.our.names.on special menus and were very attentive. We have dined there many times and always have a wonderful time."

"Food was fantastic. Service started off good. Halfway thru, a table was sat near us and 1 of the women was wearing sweatpants and tennis shoes. This really detracted from the experience. Then our server began to disappear for long periods of time towards the end of the meal. Other than that, it was great."

"Morton's is the one steakhouse in Baltimore where everyone can feel comfortable. You'll see some suits and ties for business dinners, and you'll see some t-shirts and shorts on people heading to or from the ballpark. Morton's does a great job of making everyone feel welcome. The newly-renovated restaurant is beautiful and the menu has been expanded beyond the typical "steakhouse card" to include more fish, poultry, and other options for those not wanting a steak. The Bone-in Ribeye is awesome - as is the cajun ribeye. Delicious sides and awesome desserts -try the Grand Marnier soufflet! Staff is polished and service is always first-rate."

"Had a very enjoyable experience at this steakhouse. Considerable remodeling was done since I visited last, a few years ago, which has created a nicer atmosphere. Space is roomier yet at the same time the locale feels cozy and relaxing.
The quality of service and food was just as good I remember albeit on the pricey side. The Malbec was super and steaks cooked exactly the way we asked. And for the grand finale we had a chocolate lava cake that made my wife’s day. Mine too.
We celebrated a special occasion and our time at Morton's heightened the value of the experience."

"When it comes to the chain steak houses Capitol Grill still is the leader! Morton's is a close second depending on the market you're in with Ruth's Chris. The newly remodeled Baltimore Morton's is quite attractive, however, expectations are hard to meet based on overpriced glasses and bottles of wine not to mention the apps and entrees.
The tuna tower was amazing, but the filet was small and no better than Wegmans store bought prime."

"I've been to a lot of Steak Houses across the country and found this Morton's to be a delight. Service staff was very friendly and attentive during the entire meal and made us feel entirely welcome. We were a group of 7 and all the food came out together and was Hot and prepared just as ordered. The Steaks were juicy and delicious and the sides were all devoured. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again."

"My wife and I visited the Baltimore location for the first time this past Valentine's Day and the experience was wonderful. The food selections and the service was outstanding! The atmosphere was very calm, romantic, and relaxing. We closed our dinner out with the warm, fresh made apple pie and it was simply delicious! This was really a night to remember and we will return!!"

"The server Alton was not attentive at all, he never went over the menu with us and just over all seemed very disinterested. My husband and I have been coming to Morton's for the past 6 years (once or twice each year) and this was the worst experience ever! I think we may choose to go elsewhere considering we paid over $200 and our service was the worst we have ever experienced at any restaurant we have been to."

"It was quite loud in there that evening. Not sure if it is always like that or not. Food was prepared as requested, however the porterhouse that I had, was not trimmed as would be expected. Still very tasty though! Also ordered a beer that was listed for $6 on the drink menu and was $16 when the bill arrived. Service was excellent all around."
