"Comments in my on-line reservation noted that this was a business dinner and requested a quiet and somewhat secluded area of seating. The event coordinator made the point to call me and offer the use of a private dining room with personal server. Excellent meal and outstanding service. Attention to detail and needs of our party. "First time at the famous Morton's. The steaks did not disappoint. The 16oz ribeye med/rare was perfect. An 8oz filet med/rare came out a little too done for our taste. The staff didn't question it and returned about 60 seconds later with a fresh piping hot truly medium rare filet that was hot and red in the middle, juicy and perfect. Of course expensive, but one pays for the service, too. Several visits by the manager to check on us both at the bar prior to the meal and during. A dropped knife on the floor was replaced with a clean one within about 10 seconds by a stafff person nearby. Recently renovated at this location, they said. Nice and neat, dark ambience with modern chandaliers. Outstanding service and highly recommend."

"The service was great. The server was very attentive and really knew the menu. It was a little dark, but that was the atmosphere they were going for. The filet mignon was cooked as ordered, but it was missing something. I think I prefer the way it's seasoned at Ruth's Chris over Morton's, but it was still pretty good. I would go back to try something else on the menu."

"Our waiter Scott was just excellent - courteous, warm, professional and attentive to our needs since it was our 1 year anniversary. I can't say enough about the experience. I can't wait to go back! "Six of us celebrated a birthday on Sat, 4/27. We were greeted warmly at the door and shown to a private room with confetti on the table, a balloon bouquet and personalized "Happy Birthday" menus. Our waiter, Greg was very attentive and every Morton's Team member offered birthday greeting and checked on our evening. All the food was excellent, well prepared and presented: Chopped Salad, Morton's Salad, Lobster Bisque, Crab Legs, Bone-in Rib eyes and must-have matchstick fries. Desserts were shared: Grand Marnier Soufflé, Carrot Cake and Chocolate Layer cake. Any leftover scrap was scooped into someone's doggie bag. Morton's does dinner right - every time! There is a reason they are our go-to restaurant."

"Overall the experience was good, but not as good as other similar steakhouses like Ruth's Chris or the Palm. The waiter was nice, but brought us the wrong cocktails, he corrected the issue after a while. He only infrequently stopped by our table through out the course of the meal, which made the dinner drag. I wouldn't call the service bad, but I expect more when I go to a nice restaurant. The manager is really what saved the experience, he asked how everything was and stopped by several times.
As far the food, the salads and mac and cheese were great. The steaks were good and cooked properly, but underseasoned. I had a hard time detecting any truffle flavor in the fries and they could have used a little more salt as well."

"This was not my first time dining at a Morton's, though it was my first time dining at this one in particular. I have not always had a great experience at Morton's--particularly the one in Richmond. The Crystal City Morton's redeemed their namesake. I would recommend this Morton's to the people I know. I plan on dining here again!"

"I made a reservation for my ladyfriend's birthday and asked for a quiet, romantic table. We were seated in a booth near the bar, where there was a loud & obnoxious patron, even though there were plenty of available tables further from the bar that would've been quieter. The waiter assigned to our table, though courteous and professional, had a very thick accent and was difficult to understand, especially with our being so close to the noisy bar area. Lighting at the table was dim, making it difficult to read the menu. The meal and drinks were fine, and overall the experience was pleasant. Just could've been better with a little effort on the staff's part."

"The wonderful experience at Mortons Arlington startes with the the general manager, Kimberly, who always remembers a face and warmly welcomes you back to the restaurant. The bartenders, Colleen and Scott are some of the best in the area and the food is always prepared perfectly. In a day and age where I have seen a dramatic and alarming decline in customer service and satisfaction, Morton's Arlington restores my faith that fine dining still exists.
As a side note, I love the new decor and not wait to see the final product."

"We had a group of 9 people and they gave us a private room - excellent as the noise level was just right. Our server Travis was as attentive as could be and he did a great job accommodating our special requests and introducing us to some new menu items (the snap peas are excellent as is the halibut). Joe was the Maitre de and he made sure our wine needs were met. He made selections that paired well with the food our party was having and he was knowledgeable about the wines - great stories as he served. Chef Wee even dropped in to make sure our food was correct (it was universally exceptional).
I know Morton's gets a bad rap by some foodies - try the Arlington location - it wont disappoint!"

"We dined at Morton's for Easter dinner 2013. We typically like to share everything; and without us asking them to do anything special, they independently split everything in half for us: the five onion soup, wedge salad, and bone-in ribeye. The cocktails were good (sazerac and old fashioned), the wine was excellent (numonthia termes), the sides were tasty (mac and chees, twice baked potato and grilled asparagus), and the service was extremely attentive. Parking with the valetwas a breeze and very reasonable. We enjoyed dinner very much."

"My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary and Morton's made it very special. The service was outstanding and the food was simply amazing. Everything we ordered was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I ordered the Cajun Rib Eye and my husband the New York Strip and those steaks were so tender you did not need an knife to cut them. The french onion soup was delicious as well as the ceasar salad and onion rings-even the bread they serve before hand was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking an amazing experience and delicious food!

"The food was standard excellent Morton's fare in this quiet, uncrowded restaurant. But our table for 4 couldn't even fit the bread plate and first courses, let alone main course with three sides. So I give the hostess a low grade on table (there were literally scores to chose among.) The waiter was just trying too hard when he was there and he wasn't there when he should have been. The Matrei D came over and decided to talk with us when we clearly didn't want to be talked too. He too was boorish. So I'd try a different Morton's if I were you."

"What a great experience. From the moment my date and I walked in the door we were treated with professionalism and class. The maître d' was excellent and helped to facilitate a memorable dining experience. The service was prompt, discreet, and friendly. The food was every bit as good as the service; prepared perfectly as ordered and worth the money. Let your server know ahead of time that you'd like their molten chocolate cake, it takes some time to prepare but it is well worth the wait. Morton's has a high standard for fine dining and this location represents it well."

"Steak was overcooked (seriously... how does a $55 ribeye come out overcooked?) and lacked flavor. I'm pretty sure they just threw it on the grille with no seasoning whatsoever. I honestly had a better steak several nights before at Ruby Tuesdays. Yeah, really. Ceasar salad was about as average as you can get. Bacon mac n cheese was good but not great. The only great food was the 4-layer chocolate cake. It was excellent. The only reason I dined at Morton's is because I won a $100 gift card from my office party. I knew how expensive everything was going in and was expecting a better quality dinner than I received. The waitress was very good. Overall, I was truly disappointed and won't be returning."

"We had a gift certificate to use and decided to go the night after Valentine's Day to celebrate. The staff and service were outstanding. Food selections were good. I had a spinach salad that was very yummy...only complaint there is that the serving was a little too big given that we had more food coming. I ordered my steak medium rare (warm center) and had to send it back...it was cold in the center. I did not know it at the time, but a manager was watching as I cut into the steak the first time and she saw me testing the center with my finger and was there immediately to take it back to the chef. It was returned perfectly cooked. As others say, it's a bit overpriced, but the meal was good. I would go back for a special occasion."
