Lucy's Seafood Kitchen
Lucy's Seafood Kitchen was established in 1996. We have been voted Mississauga's Favorite Seafood Restaurant in Reader's Choice Polls since opening. The restaurant is owned and operated by Lucy & Len Little and has won many awards for great seafood and attentive service. The restaurant features a Cajun influenced menu rich in selection of fresh fish, shellfish and Angus steak, all prepared with fresh and creative accompaniments. The atmosphere is casual New England style with checkered tablecloths, high open ceiling and open kitchen. Lucy's features a wide selection of selected draft beers and wine to fit every one's discretion. At Lucy's we believe "Quality is All" and we look forward to serving you soon.

"Server was horrible. Pleasnt but useless. We asked to have our crab legs split. I even offered to pay extra to have it done. 40 minutes later we got our plates. Crabs weren't split. Butter was cold. Asked to have the butter reheated and got a very nasty look from the server. Butter came back luke warm at best. Never came by to ask if we wanted our refreshments topped up. Only gave us one side plate for 3 pounds of crab. She took forever to clear our plates. And never thanked us when we left. If I come back there I'll be sure to ask for another server if I have the unfortunate luck to get her again. And no - she was not busy with tables. She had plenty of time to talk to other patrons (her friends) and the bartender and other servers."

"My girlfriend suggested that we try Lucy's since we both like seafood and it had been years sice she had been there. I checked the
menu online and agreed that it looked like a good choice! Also before going I mentioned to two other people that we were going there. They both said the restaurant was excellent and that we wouldn't be disappointed. Well, they were right. The service, the food and the fact that we likely had the best table in the house and a wam, sunny evening made it a dining experience that we won't soon forget and we will definitely go back again. If you like seafood, a must try!"

"This was our first time back at Lucy's since their reno. Has a nice sleek look to it but all of us miss the fun eclectic look it used to have. Coconut shrimp, raw oysters and escargot appetizers were delicious.The clam chowder was different, not as creamy as usual. Blackened catfish delicious and quite spicy. Halibut and fries nice portion, but felt a little too greasy this time. There were 7 of us and although it was midweek glad we made a reservation because the place was packed. Not crazy about the dining configuration now, prefer the old seating plan.Dessert was excellent, bread pudding. Service was good, no real complaints. Overall somehow it didn't quite hit all the marks this time. Missing the "warmth" it used to have"

"The newly renovated dining area looks spectacular and the food never disappoints. The service is friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is upbeat. The buffalo shrimp, our favourite appetizer, continues to be served on request, despite no longer being on the menu. The wait staff are always accommodating. Great for groups, special occasions and with the addition of booth seating along one wall, could also be suitable for couples or smaller groups wanting a more intimate seating arrangement."

Everyone in our large dinning party found something on the menu to satisfy their taste buds (... even a picky 5 year old)! We all enjoyed the coconut shrimp appetizers and spicy cornbread.
We loved that our table easily sat 8 with plenty of elbow room and table space.
This is a real neighborhood gem!

"First time after the renovation and we will be back! AMAZINGLY good food. Seafood done just right, especially the calamari and scallops. Very busy - be sure to make reservations as it fills up. After 8 the crowd thins out and it's easier to get a table. Open kitchen concept is good, but has it's downsides. Tables on the outside are good, but if you get a table in the middle, it's really open. Good for groups - not great for privacy. Still, overall excellent food and service. Highly recommended."

"The food was awesome. Great gumbo & jambalaya. The malpeque oysters were good too. They need to offer more variety of sauces for the oysters beside seafood sauce & horseradish."

"I'd heard a lot about this restaurant, so when the family asked where I would like to go for my birthday it was my first choice! So glad we went! Our group of 9 included our kids and their spouses, and three grandchildren. While some family raved about the "best jambalaya EVER", I LOVED my smoked salmon and shrimp penne ( salmon is smoked on site). I was impressed with quality and quantity of servings. We will definitely be back!"
