"We were on time for our reservation, and were seated promptly. And that is where the service stopped being prompt. We were told there were no more water glasses and would have to wait for it. We waited about 25 minutes before we were seen by our waiter once seated, and immediately ordered as we had a show to attend at 730. 2 of us received our beers, the other two had ordered water but alas, could not have any as there were no glasses available. We then received our appetizer, no water. Approx 25 min later we received our food. None of us had coleslaw, which was included. We had ordered sweet potato fries & when we got our food, had regular fries. we were told they no longer offered them (why were they on menu? why didnt server tell us?)"

"Good thing we had reservations, as the wait was 40 minutes long. We were seated quickly and received our drinks and appetizers in a timely matter. An hour and 20 minutes later we finally received our food. It appeared that the staff was busy serving the patrons on the terasse instead of the indoor diners. Not an excuse, as we had plans to be at a show at 730. Our meal was horribly rushed."
