"Although our waitress was very nice, our Mother's Day brunch order took nearly an hour to get to us! We asked our server what the problem was and she said they were backlogged. However, at least two other tables of 4 who came in after us received their brunch, ate, and were nearly ready to leave by the time our food came...and we did not order difficult dishes. We've eaten there in the past and have had wonderful service and food. However, this time it was painfully slow and we were very disappointed."

"Sacks is a delightful restaurant with ample selections and generally delicious food. The dressings on our salads was scant, but the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The Chicken and Alaska Sea Scallops were tasty with scallops cooked to perfection, fresh mushrooms and snow peas, and well-prepared udon noodles. The Wild Caught Prawn Risotto had a delicious rosemary and beet risotto along with the accompanying details. The prawns were cooked perfectly and tasted great, but the asparagus should have been fresher.
The service was great - with helpful and friendly staff."

"I have heard great things about Sack's and wanted to take my mom somewhere special for her birthday. We were disappointed. The room was crowded, the food was only okay and while our server was polite there was a helper who was completely unsociable and unprofessional. She glowered as she helped deliver our salads and didn't speak or acknowledge us at all. I was completely put off by her behavior. We expected the food and service to be outstanding - especially for the price - but both were lack-luster. I will probably never go back. There are several better places in town."

"Friends had salmon they said was excellent, and my husband thought his Sack's burger (served on ciappata) was terrific. I had the cioppino, which I thought could have been served hotter (temperature) and spicier. It also had too much garlic (which doesn't agree with me). The service was very good, and the server asked when we arrived if we were attending a concert that evening, so she could be sure to speed up the service."
