"The food and ambiance was incredible but the service was woefully disappointing from our main server. She just seemed disengaged and uninterested. She was ready to bring the check before she even offered dessert to us. My brother was in town for a Cardiology conference and we had not seen each other in a long time. I felt rushed and didn't enjoy my meal as much."

"Food was great...the table we got, not so great. There were a few 2 person tables put in the main walk through and we got seated in one of these tables. I got a great view of the kitchen, and my husband had an exceptional view of the front door. Shame because the ambience and decor is part of the reason we love Nan, but we just didn't get that with this seating. Next time, I'll make a point to make sure that I ensure we do not get the same table."

"This is an incredible restaurant that greets you warmly from the moment you step out of your car until your last bite of any of their delicious entrees and/or desserts. Everything on the menu looked incredible, but alas you finally have to make a choice (no wrong ones as far as I can tell). I heartily recommend this restaurant (as you can tell from my ratings)."

"While the food was outstanding, we felt that charging $6 to substitute brown rice for white rice that was already included with the $19 entree was unreasonable. We can understand a small upcharge, but $6 was way too steep!!! Next time, we'll just eat the white rice!"

"Food was great. Service was great too, with the exception of the restaurant greeter/receptionist. She had a very nasty attitude. I cannot fully recommend this place based on that one issue. If you plan on spending $100 for some good food, ALL areas of service should match."

"It was a nice time. Not the best but nice. The food has excellent flavor and you can't get enough of the appetizers. Honestly that steak on a stick during a Sunday football game with guys, would be amazing. It would just cost $1000 to fill 5 guys up. I'm probably not the right person to give it an overall rating. I'm a portion guy and they were just to small, but again the taste and flavor were impeccable!!!"

"Food was superb, ambiance was great, but the service we got was very disappointing. Nobody came to check and see we needed anything after we got the food, the water glass was empty for a long time and we have to ask the server for water...we could understand if the restaurant was really busy but it was not.."

"Overall, a fantastic dinner! The only disappointment was the pre-dinner martini in the bar. Olives were very small and had almost no flavor.

Dinner was excellent. We had the dumplings, the chicken w/ cashews and the duck. Our server has been w/ the restaurant since it opened. He was awesome! Very attentive and friendly.

"Elegant, modern and delicious Thai. I have eaten here at least 10 times and every time, the experience is remembered. From the ambience, to food, to drinks, to service, Nan is great. Fantastic curried anything. Little pricey, but worth it for the experience.

Our table at New Years was beaming. The energy was solid and the staff was ready. Despite a packed house, they pulled it off like any other night of the week. Excellent.

I highly recommend."

"Our experience, as always, was fantastic. This is one of our favorite restaurants in town and it never fails to exceed our expectations. The appetizer tower is a perfect opening to the dining experience. We enjoy the soups....exquisitely prepared. Then our entrees of both the sea bass and the short ribs was excellent. No disappointment at our table. We enjoyed deserts...both the pineapple sorbet and the green tea creme brulee were perfect endings to our experience. I keep calling it an experience because we do not casually drop into Nan. We make it an outing to look forward to and our friends and family regale us with gift cards."
