"Our first date was at Massimo's over four years ago. It was our second anniversary so I decided to go back to where it all began. Weeknights there are great as it is quiet and you get personalized service. The food came out so good and the bread is always filling and hot. We appreciated the surprise molten chocolate dessert! "Had great dinner on Mother's day. Usually the brunchy food leaves so much to be desired. This was perfect. We had 5 in our dinner party and everyone had something different and everyone raved about the taste, presentation, and quality. They were very accomadating, the staff very helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Very hard to please my gourmet friend, 96 year old mother and pickey daughter. It was wonderful not to cook but more than that the food was wonderful. Husband did not even compain about the bill."

"Old-fashioned Cal-Ital food. No organic, seasonal cuisine here--just large portions of Spaghetti Bolognese and Caprese salad in March with flavorless tomatoes. Wine list needs work. Staff very friendly, and mostly on top of service. Quiet 25 years ago, now noisy. All-in-all, a place to go when it's too late to get a reservation at the Yacht Club, which is the only top-notch restaurant left near Lesher Center."

"Food was mediocre, Caesar salad was wilted because it was drenched with dressing and seemed to have been sitting out for awhile.
I was shocked to have the Waitress pour a glass of wine to a 16 yr old without asking us first!
Piano was very loud, along with the annoying sports programs on the TV at the bar. I expect nice dining experience to be without
the annoyance of tv's in view of the tables."

"I was looking forward to lunch at Massimo, as it came highly recommended to me by the woman with whom I was meeting. The caesar salad was nice; the flat iron steak entree was tough, so I ate around the tough parts. The veggies and polenta served with the flat iron entree were good. I would not recommend the flat iron steak. My guest had the salad with prawns and avocade, and she said it was good but had too much oily dressing on the greens.
On another note, the waitress came to our table while we were talking and stood there until we acknowledged her. I think she needs to be aware when it is appropriate to stand near while conversation is occurring and when it is appropriate to not stand near when people are talking."

"We were among the crowd ahead of two curtains at the Lesher center, but they were able to seat, serve, and exit us in a comfortable time frame with dessert. (6:15 reservation for an 8PM show across the street). We didn't stretch our taste buds too much but we all enjoyed our dinners. The menu had few surprises and we didn't opt for any of the specials. We were seated in the front window (fine) but that put us close to the bar which had a boisterous crowd that night. Don't know if that's typical but can't argue with people having a good time despite the noise. Overall a nice experience."

"we had an absolutely fabulous mean. I ordered the Mushroom Risotto with Wild Boar Ragu. It was absolutely cooked to perfection and delicious. I also had a wonderful Caesar Salad which was a generous portion and very good. My husband ordered the Seafood Pasta and it was cooked to perfection. Service was perfect. We were absolutely delighted with our visit and will definitely return."
