"We've eaten at Emma's many times & always an enjoyable experience. Friends joined us for dinner. I like the front tables. they honored my request through Open Table. My husband's Shepherd Pie was wonderful - so big it fed 2 ! our friends shared a terrific beet salad - presented beautifully, fresh & ample starter for 2. Chicken under brick - great choice The dessert was wonderful - perfect combination of good brownie, ice cream and warm chocolate sauce - 4 of us shared !!"

"My son picked Emma's during his second year at Pace to have his future graduation celebration. I was so relieved to be able to reserve online our reservation. The day was perfect! Following graduation, we easily made our way to you and our table was ready for us. Your whole staff was friendly, service was great and the food amazing! The night lived up to my son's expectations and our family truly appreciated coming to Emma's."

"Love this local place = always friendly service. Exposed brick walls in the bar, with TVs showing the games. Great beer selection, and the food has gotten better each year! If I could open a restaurant, it would be like Emma's."

"This was my fourth trip to Emma's, but the first time that my food was not great. Too much wrap, not enough filling. My tablemate's choice was done perfectly. The service was good, albeit a bit slow. there was a very large group being served. Maybe 30 people. It was intimidating to walk in on that."

"The special salad with tuna the other night was fabulous. I brought home some because I couldn't finish it, but never got to eat it since my husband stole the rest. He liked it too!"

"Sat in the lounge bar area to watch the march madness college basketball. Danny, Mark & Link were very hospitable. They were very knowledgeable about the menu. I took Danny's suggestion for the FISH TACOS and it proved to be a hit. I will definitely return"

"I've been there 3 times in the last ten days! Menu is diverse so it's good for everyone, even the hard to please eater. Fish, burgers, salad and desserts! Staff are friendly; I had the same waitress each time!"

"My wife and I cancelled a reservation at another local restaurant on Valentines Day and made a reservation at Emma's. It's our default and "go-to" restaurant. The chicken pot pie is one of my favorites. That and a martini( with lots of extra olives) was just the perfect combination."

"The whole experience was amazing. The food was excellent and the service was amazing. Our waiter was above and beyond. Some of the best I have ever had. Next time I am back in town for dinner it will for sure be at Emmas."

"Simply said Emma's has become just okay. With their limited menu, all too often forgetful staff, mediocre food quality, and prices that are high for what is essentially unimpressive pub food, I think it's time to rethink going to Emma's as the place to go to for a decent, reasonably priced meal. The last few times I've been there my friends had to send back their meals, the waitress forgot some of our orders and we couldn't get her attention because she was servicing too many tables. I just can't justify going there anymore."

"Two couples met from out of town - Emma's was a good half-way point. The pretzel breads served with mustard were wonderful. The fish and chips a bit soggy. The chopped salad with rare sesame crusted tuna was fantastic. Reports were the salmon was good. The turkey burger was enjoyed."

"Went to for brunch and loved it. Atmosphere warm, service friendly and warm (even with child). Breakfast quesidillas and French Toast were great. Returning for dinner a week later we were sorry we weren't with a big group because there are a lot of starters fit for sharing and long tables well suited to large parties. Our table wasn't ready and the hostess treated us to drinks at the bar and then sent over a dish of mac and cheese - way overcompensating in our view but it was very nice. We never would have thought to order mac and cheese, but would again now that we tried it. Have to admit the dinner food wasn't quite as inspiring as the brunch. Salmon was good; brick chicken not the best choice, but we'll be back for the mac!"

"Very crowded at 1:00 on a Sunday. Host basically ignored me until I said "Hi!". He never smiled or greeted me, just checked me in and led us (5) to a dark corner squeezed into the back. Menu was very nice with lots of brunch and lunch items to choose from. Coffee was not very good, even though the waitress said it was a fresh batch. Waitress was nice but was so overwhelmed that it took a long time between courses. Water bottle on table was good idea mostly for this reason! Burgers were basic and fries serving was small and seemed "old". Turkey chili was very good as was french onion soup. Dessert ice cream (cinnamon) was a large serving and delicious. So was creme brule. Basic pub food. Nothing to go crazy for or return for."

"Good for Pub type food , Attempt to make French Onion soup was a disaster. The soup was dreadful, the cheese dreadful , the herbs thrown in the soup were stiff and impossible to swallow. In short, soup was returned to kitchen. Pub food is good and at times very good. Chicken pot pie, sliders are all very good. Leave out the attempt to make French style foods."
