"This my second time at 32 East and I loved it even more than the first. The food is outstanding. The menu changes weekly which is great because you aways have the opportunity to choose something new. The restaurant is very accommodating and the service great. "We waited 45 minutes for our reservation. They kept telling us that our table was being cleared. They were not appologetic at all. Parties of 2 came in that knew the owner and were seated before us. Food was good, but not worth the wait. Very rude hostesses. We will not go back."

"The food was amazing! Ambience was a little noisy. The acoustics are poor. We went for my wife's birthday and they had Happy Birthday Lisa printed on the menus and had no problem with us bringing our own cake. My sister-in-law said the Caeser salad was the best she ever had. Everybody was happy and full and the only complaint was that it was noisy and a little difficult to hear all parties just at our own table."

"I was in Delray Beach, FL with a girlfriend for 4 nights. We ate at 32 East 2 nights! The food is EXCEPTIONAL! I had the "mexican" pork chop and it was cooked perfectly! The wine pairings that Kelie, our server recommended were perfect! The 2nd time there my friend and I shared the duck and it was delicious! The portions are very generous. Sadly, the first night we had to deny a doggy bag because we didn't have anywhere to keep it and get the food safely back home. I would not hesitate to recommend or eat there again! Their chef knows how to make excellent food! GO THERE!"

"First time here. Went on a date. The menu changes daily, so there are no daily specials. My date had the mahi mahi which was prepared with Mexican seasoninga and accomplishments. I had the striped bass in coconut curry. Both dinners were excelkent and the fish was perfectly cooked. Portions of fish were generous. Staff was freindly and did nof hover, but wre attentive. "Having dined here a couple of years ago, we were really excited to return. We should've tried somewhere else because the food bore no resemblance to the amazing culinary treat we'd previously experienced. I don't know if it was an off night for the chef since there was a major charity event running simultaneously (Savor the Avenue) sponsored by many Delray restaurants. But even so, at $32 for an entree, the chef should've paid more attention to his restaurant's seated clientele for the evening. On our next trip to Delray, we'll skip 32 East and try one of the many other excellent local restaurants."

"The food here is truly outstanding. The waiter service, however, is not as attentive as it needs to be to support the outstanding food. Waiters tend to disappear from time to time. I have noticed that they do not watch their tables enough. Is it because the staff is short? Or is it because they are attending large groups at the same time they are attending your small group of four? This time we had a large family group of 9 hardy drinkers at a nearby round table. The same thing happened the last time too."

"The waitress was fabulous and very attentive. The food was delicious and we love the fact that they change their menu reguarly. The one thing I wish they would pay more attention to is the vegan dish. Instead of a plate of grilled veggies, they need to figure out a way to throw a protein in there. Otherwise, a superb evening. I wish they were as busy as Tramonti's (an overrated restaurant). If you are interested in showing off your 24 year old hot blond wife, go to Tramonti. If you're interested in the best food in Delray, go to 32 East."

"I have had the pleasure of going to 32East several times for dinner. It's a favorite to take vendors when they are visiting for work. 32 always does a fantastic job for our groups and the meal was impeccable and the desserts were to die for, the only issue at this last meal was that our waiter was very grumpy and did not make that part of the visit wonderful. However, every other time we have been, we have had fantastic service."

"32 East was a pleasant surprise for this San Francisco native and foodie. I was impressed with the wine list, first and foremost, and the cuisine choices and preparation of the fish dishes were equally terrific. The kitchen staff screwed up our appetizer order, but without missing a beat, the waitress left it on our table as complimentary and rushed to the kitchen to bring us the correct one. Redemption! The sommelier (who was probably the owner) was quite knowledgeable about the wines on the list, and you could tell he was an aficionado as well. Check with him on suggestions. I will return to 32 East for sure in the future!"

"I dine regularly here; always excellent. Brought a visiting family member for that reason. This visit wasn't typical. First, we were herded upstairs--not my choice-but then seated near French doors-ok. Our waiter hurried us through everything, and then avoided our table. He summarily 'dumped' plates and condiments on to the table. Luckily steak was amazing as always, scallops excellent and great mushroom soup. The prosciutto wrapped pears did not disappoint. coffee & dessert were good, but strange pink goop on top of creme brûlée ruined the crunchy crust. Again, waiter very annoyed that cream not full and we asked for more. Music was thumping underneath us and literally shaking the table--from neighbors?

"One of our favorite restaurant. Ingredients are always fresh and recipes different. Pricy but OK for special occasion. My problem is that I am very sensitive to all dairies except butter; also being pre-diabetic, must be careful with the amount of sugar and sweet recipes. Unfortunately, 3 salads were on the menu that night, but ALL of them had cheese or cream (and, or sweet dressings). I do not object to most of them having dairies, but how about one with a dairy free dressing? The chef is so innovative, I am sure he could create one that would satisfy people with allergies. They were really nice and made me a dressing which was OK, but too vinegary. Removed cheese but did not substitute to create something a little different."

"A rainy evening and our table was moved under an overhang to be protected yet still enjoy the activity on the avenue! We shared a beet salad to start. Dinners were salmon, snapper and scallops. Preparation change each evening but these were excellent. The quality of the fish is what makes the dishes so good. We even splurged on a cream brûlée dessert. A great time was had by all."

"This restaurant lived up to its great reputation. We had eaten here a couple of times before, but not in the past few years. It was raining, so the outside tables were not being used and reservations were backed up, but only by about 15 minutes. The bar was packed. The menu (which changes daily) had many choices that appealed to us. We started with the calamari soft tacos and loved them. We both ordered fish entrees and shared a side of brussel sprouts and were pleased with everything. The nicest part was the service. Many highly rated restaurants make you feel like they are doing you a favor by serving you. This night at 32 East, the hostess, bartender and our waiter all made us feel like welcome guests."
