"We had two parties of 6 for Saturday night with reservations at 7 and 7:30. When we got there Rockefellers was able to accommodate all 12 of us at one time, at one table. I thought this was great. The restaurant was going the extra mile to see that we all could sit together and enjoy each other’s company. The only downside was that several plates were served cold, as if they had been sitting a while waiting on other food to be ready, but no one returned their food. So going forward I would probably stick with our two separate parties to help get the food out faster and at a warmer temperature. Overall the food was great, even cold, they had a great atmosphere and treated us well. I look forward to eating there again."

"Parking is tight. Main lot is Valet only. Some free parking is close by... when I say close by, I mean right across street. Good food. Nice scenery and location. Been here many times and is a favorite for us when in town. Loud place so great for us with young kids. Casual dress. Good service. Usually is packed so reserve seating or get there early."

"This is not a romantic restaurant, but it is a great place for casual dining in an upbeat atmosphere. The food was very good and plentiful and the service was attentive and friendly. We went on a Friday night and it was crowded, but we had made reservations online (there were 6 of us) and we were seated immediately. I will definitely go there again."

"The view is very pleasing, overlooking the water and boats. The service was prompt and excellent. My wife thought her fish was dry and maybe overcooked, but everyone else seemed happy with their meal. I had crabcake and fried oysters. I make my own crabcakes from Chesapeake blue crab when I can get it and I know what a good crab cake tastes like. This one was was a 4 star, rather than a 5 star, only because it had some filler in it which I never use in mine. My son's tuna steak was done to his liking. Overall, I thought it was a little pricey for the food we got, but I also realize this is a resort area. I would come back again"

"It was our first visit to Rockafellas. I brought a group of 13 family members for Easter brunch. The food was very good and very well priced. The service was courteous and accomodating. All in all good experience. Here are some things to consider, however:
To enter the restaurant, you must ascend a healthy, steep stairway. It was not great for my dad, who is older and is starting to have mobility issues. The dining room was ugly and as the host, I was kind of embarrassed. To their credit, my son has food allergies and they made a great effort to fix him a special meal. It really was the food, interesting menu, and service that made it a great experience. The restaurant itself for me was just okay-- but we would still come back."
