Using the freshest ingredients available from local farms, Chef de Cuisine Bruce Dillon's menu features unexpected, high-concept dishes masterfully designed to engage the intellect and suprise the palate. Add an extensive wine list featuring Northwest, California and French wines and you have a winning combination for a truly unforgettable experience.
For your convenience we have calculated a 17% Service Charge for the total bill. Crescent Club points are not redeemable for the service

"Nice relaxed feel-enjoyed the truffle potatoes and great Salmon- the steak was way under cooked and didn't have time to recook as we were going to the show in the ballroom. The house wine was a bit pricey otherwise everything was great and we would definatly come again."

"We are vegetarians and loved the new couscous dish with the Halibut and tomato salad...perfect. Wish you had another dish like the couscous that we could have order as well. We miss the Beet salad from the prior menu. Hope to see that return next season.
Henry was wonderful as usual. He always makes us feel special and important. Wine recommendations are great.

"We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary. The table was strewn with rose petals, and we had a magnificent view of the valley below the casino. As sunset approached, the window shades were open so that we could enjoy the view to the east. The food was wonderful - I love the French press coffee! Overall an outstanding experience."

"We went to Terra Vista for our first time to celebrate our 6-month wedding anniversary. I made a note of this in my reservation request and they were very nice to put rose petals on our table, congratulate us several times, and even provided us with a free desert! The food was wonderful, the drinks were very good, and the service was very friendly. I only give them 4 stars for service because we did have to wait quite a bit of time before we were able to place our order and it took us a while to get our check paid. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for a special occasion."

Meat was not cooked to order.....over cooked for our guest. However, my black cod was perfect.
Previous visits have been superior but was disappointed this time.

"We made reservations prior to an event and found their service, atmosphere, view and food excellent. Our waiter was very helpful explaining selections and he was very prompt and attentive to our needs so we would be on time for our even. "Very nice restaurant. Expensive but the quality of the food was way up there. The server was attentive but I was a bit bemused that she felt she had to explain what an amuse bouche is to us (it was very delicious, btw). Her approach to everything was to explain what the different utensils were for, etc. What, do I look like I've never dined at anything but fast food or something?? I wasn't there for instruction on the art of fine dining (which I am in fact fairly well practiced in); I was there for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner with my love. Other than that slight annoyance it was a very nice experience."

"Our family of four my Dad and Mom in their 80s and my 25 year old son and myself enjoyed our meal, and our sever Steve was second to none. Limited with time, Steve did a wonderful job explaining the menu and wine list. My son ordered the flat Iron steak, my Mom the Tenderloin, my Dad the Top Sirloin, and I selected the New York. We all exchanged bites, and we loved them all. Delicious was the mash potatoes and the fresh baked rolls will talk about for days to come. Not to mention a little Colby beef from the chief to entice our pallets. I would recommend this fine restaurant to anyone that is looking for exquisite service and fine dining."

"This was a wonderful romantic getaway with personable staff who were more then willing to answer any question and to accommodate their patrons. I would of never guess it was in a casino, once you walk in it is definitely a 5 star restaurant with food that is not only generous portion but service that excels. The price is appropriate for the amount and food and the atmosphere one would expect."

"Our experience at Terra Vista was unforgettable. The food was great and the service was excellent. The staff was very professional and courteous. It was dark out so we didn't get the view but I have been there before and the view is spectacular (summer months stays light until late). "We were here four years ago when they first opened and came away disappointed. The food was overpriced and unremarkable and the service seemed inexperienced. We found other fine dining choices until Friday night when we decided to try again.
What a difference! Sure, it still had the beautiful room and view, but now our meals were wonderful and well-portioned. The at least four different staff members attended to us, and our waiter was one of the best we've had in the past couple of years.
I highly recommend Terra Vista!"

"We went to dinner before seeing a show. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. What really impressed us was the elegant dining room and the very fresh and different food selection. Don't miss the beet salad, and Scallops. The chef sends a complimentary first treat to get your palate ready. The Brioche baked with cheese is a delight!. My husband had the Filet Mignon and asparagus to his delight. We also enjoyed the very modern dinnerware and presentation. Overall we enjoyed it so much and will return."
