"Nani's has a fine wine list, excellent Italian menu, great bread, amiable and professional service--it's within walking distance of the little downtown motel where my wife and I stay when we visit Jackson, WY. It feels like the place is run with care. Both times we've been there have been very nice, very fine."

"We always dine inside, and this night was the perfect example of why. It was extremely windy outside and yet people wanted to eat out there. They were seated and then changed their minds. We were seated inside near the door. There was a constant parade of staff and guests going in and out. We were buffeted by the wind and the door slammed several times and all in all this was pretty annoying. Fortunately our server was excellent and in fairness to the staff, they did try and get the outdoor situation resolved as quickly as possible. They might want to pay closer attention to weather forecasts in the future."

"Bustling patio crowd, good food, and a good menu. Service was prompt, courteous, and not ingratiating or overly familiar. Food was quite good. I had a delicious fig cream pasta, my hubbie had capellini with shrimp. Wine was great. Salads were standard but well prepared."

"Homemade pasta & a splendid wine. The sauces on our different pasta were very good - one with a very rich tomato based sauce, with cured ham and the other a lemon-based creme sauce. The only complaint with the food was the otherwise excellent prosciutto and melon. The melon was beautifully sweet, but cut too close to the rind, so that there was a hard, bitter edge. Two millimeters from perfection.
The decor is warm, beautifully done, with a kind of rough hewn quality.
One small quibble: For such a lovely place, the silverware was not. It was light in the hand, and the forks were small, like you'd get in a thrift store."

"The worst dining experience ever!! Nothing about Nanis was even a little bit good. Bad service. HORRIBLE food. We will never be going back and will never recommend it to anyone. This place is an insult to Italians."

"We were a group of 10, and everyone really enjoyed their meal. The favorites were the lamb shank, gnocchi, and house-made pasta with house-made sausage. We always have a great meal when we visit Jackson and come to Nani's. See you next time!"

"I felt like the food was very average. I ordered the Chicken Marsala and the sauce was really "broth-ie"...it hardly had any flavor. The chicken was cooked well- it just didn't have any flavor.The chicken was served with 4 small slices of potato. My wife ordered the standard spaghetti. I could've made a better spaghetti at home. Honestly. However, their bread basket was AMAZING! The best bread I've ever had in Jackson Hole. Maybe we both just ordered the wrong things??"
