"My group of 9 had a great experience! I received a confirmation call about our reservation that morning and when we arrived, we were seated in like 5-10 minutes. Our waiter was promptly with us and checked on us often. Our food came our fast and was all very good, the only problem was there was so much that we got full fast! With the majority of meals, you get an additional serving of a classic pasta to take home, so the food keeps coming even when you have left! Everything was timely and quick but we didn't feel rushed at all. Great atmosphere, romantic but also lively and you can see the whole restaurant is happy with their evening. Definitely will be back for date nights and will suggest to others!"

"My family took me for Mothers Day. It was the best experience for all of us. The food was excellent,but the most interesting aspect of the day was the wait staff and a young man name Eddie Ortiz. He as seen me before and for Mothers Day he bought me a cake especially for me. That in my opinion makes it very special. I will continue to go there. It's just ashame that other restaurant don't take a lesson from Maggianos what customer service really means."

"If you order a classic pasta dish at Maggianos, they give you a second one of your choice to take home. Our waiter made a big deal about this. THen he boxed up our leftovers and forgot to put in our dish. I had planned on having this dish the next evening and was disappointed when I had to cook. Otherwise, I thought the food was yummy and had a great time with my family at Maggianos."

"I truly enjoy maggiano's it one of those places you go to when you want great food and that feeling of being in a special place. I can get good food anywhere I go to Maggiano's when I want to feel like I am celebrating. It reminds me of the food on the hill in St Louis"

"Busy Mother's Day is no excuse. Waited 30 minutes past our res time. Did family style dining which basically is endless appetizers/salad and entrees. We asked for appetizer refill and were told no. We had lasagna & fettuccine Alfredo. Got 2 pieces of lasagna/bowls of fettuccine for 5 people.Hardly saw our servers, more concerned with larger party near us. 2 in our party had ordered drinks and no refills. The bill another issue. We were offered a free dessert by host due to the seating issue. When the bill came it wasn't on there but when they charged my cc, it was on there. This was after waiting 20 minutes for the bill. After I noticed the overcharge,asked for manager. Took another 15 minutes for him to come. Still left with it unresolved."

"Took my wife here for Mother's Day. Food was great and maybe too ample. We did take home enough for another day. Prices were fair and competitive. Dessert is another thing. Beware. You might want to eat dessert first it is so good. All-in-all, go! I would think reservations are a must especially on a Holiday. Also there is complimentary valet parking here in San Antonio."

"We enjoyed the overall experience of Maggiano's. Usually with a party our size (18) you'd expect the service to be a little off, but it was spot on. The atmosphere here is very good and the food was wonderful. The more traditional Italian dishes wee very reasonably priced, but they did have more "exotic" dishes as well for those looking for something different or unique. I would recommend this restaurant for just about any occasion."

"Born Mexican American but I think in my previous life I was ITALIAN! The food at Maggiano's is the best I've ever had and I've been to many restaurants throughout America. The service was so incredible I hugged the waiter on the way out and left a hefty tip!

"We went to the restuarant the day before Mother's Day - (5 of us). Ordered from the family style menu and had a great time. It wasn't too busy when we got there but started pcking up and as it got more crowded our waiter was not as attentive to us. The food is wonderful, I would recomend this place to anyone."

"Our dining experience at Maggiano's Little Italy on Thursday evening was perfect for a family double birthday celebration. Our waiter, Jim, was very knowledgable about menu questions we had as well as happy hour questions. He was very patient with the four children we had at the party and deserved his tip for that if nothing else. He was very good at keeping the adults happy too. The menu choices we made turned out to be good ones. I especially liked the lobster and pasta dish I selected. The tiramisu is the best ever!"

"My family and I had dinner at Maggiano's the food was pretty good. We had the chicken Marsala,lasagna and a vegetarian dish. Also had the tiramisu for dessert (very good). The lasagna is considered one of their classic pasta's and I received a second helping to go. Had it for lunch the next day. I didn't know about the "to go" plate before so that was a nice surprise. All of the classic pasta dishes come with one. The prices are reasonable it was just very noisy and crowded in the main dining room"

"My husband and I had a 7:15pm reservation. We waited about 10 minutes for a table. Not bad! Our server was the best server we've ever had before at Maggiano's. He offered menu/wine suggestions. Held good conversation, and was an all around great person. The food was scrumptious and the wine was a great pair to the food. The evening was quite a success!!!"

"Food, service and atmosphere were exceptional. We did the family style meal for 4. The food was amazing, timely and we had a ton of food left over. We had 2 servers waiting on us - they both did an outstanding job. It was my daughter's birthday. I left a note on the reservation - everyone (host staff - servers - manager) wished her happy birthday without any prompting from us while in the restaurant. AMAZING!"

"We came for my boyfriends 21st birthday. The food came out ok, but our server josh was careless with the drinks. We were in a small booth & there were glasses piling up everywhere. When it came to bring us our boxes so we could pay & leave he took 45 minutes. He spent his time talking to other servers, getting drinks for other tables, & once we saw him just hanging out. When he came with our boxes he brought the bill assuming we were all on 1 bill, we corrected him & he messed up our bills 3 times until finally we just paid them as they were because we had tickets to a show & we were already late. As he comes back with our cards he says "sorry some idiot kept messing up your bills, that's why i took so long". Very unprofessional."

"As always food and service were great. Wish there was a Maggianos restaurant in Alamo Ranch, the only reason I don't mind the drive to the Rim is because I know I'm getting quality food with quality service at a very affordable price. Thanks again for another great dinner night with my Family."

"We frequent Maggiano's quite often and are very impressed with the consistent quality service, food and drinks. We took my inlaws this time and feasted on the stuffed mushrooms and chicken parmesan(large portions).A bottle of J. Lohr topped off a beautiful evening!

"I really like Maggianos. My first trip there was HORRIBLE, but I've been back a couple times since and it's been great. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their dinner for two option they have where two people get an appetizer, dinner, dessert, and each an entree to go. It's amazing and I love the food! I get to enjoy it one night and for lunch the next day :-)"

"15 minuted to get seated, my guess is it would have been longer had we not had the reservations. Food was OK. didn't knock me out. Service was great though, we had a very nice waiter. It was noisy and packed, not sure if there isn't some group think going on with Maggiano's. It was OK but there are so many places around at this price point that edge it out."
