"We enjoyed everything about this retaurant. The staff was genuine and provided just the right amount of attention. The food was full of wonderful flavors. The portions perfect. Our table by the window allowed us to enjoy the charm of Old Milford.
We enjoyed an appetizer and a three cousre selection from the Chef's menu.
We look for to lunch and another dinner.

"We had an absolutely outstanding - by the standards of any restaurant in town - Restaurant Week meal. The fact that it was a Restaurant Week special is irrelevant except for the very reasonable price; we would purchase our dishes again a la carte without hesitation. Dishes were both creative and delicious. Just to mention a few: the Kale salad, the smoked whitefish fish appetizer, the shrimp and grits, and the risotto were as good as any we have ever had. If we could change other plans, we would return again this week. On another note: the wine list is outstanding in the under $100 range with a broad selection of wines by the glass and 2 oz. taste."

"We've been to 20 Brix many times. We've camped out with the conversation platter and a bottle of vino. We've thrown down on the shrimp and grits with a bottle of vino. But we went on our self-created weekly holiday, Burger Saturday. Every week we search out another place to enjoy what may be a gourmet burger.
We were BLOWN away by the season burger at 20 Brix. It was a beef and pork burger - AMAZING. It had a red wine thousand island that was phenomenal. It was topped with a smoked aged cheddar. The pomme frites were perfection. We even got a side of the grits - just for fun.
This burger just made it into my top 5 burgers of Cincinnati. SERIOUSLY! This is a burger for burger lovers! Thank you again, 20 Brix!"

"I am embarrassed to say that mistakenly forgot to complete a review on 20 Brix after my original visit! For that I am sorry. That being said, the restaurant and service (Jeff) is outstanding. I had the 20oz (yes, I was hungry) strip, it was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. Being new to the wine scene, I felt intimidated with the vast array of wines available. However, Jeff our waiter saved the day by walking through the wine list and making recommendations. Overall, it was an outstanding experience and I can't wait to return."

To start, the wine and beer list for that matter is extensive and the staff is well versed to help you choose something you will enjoy. Jeff (our waiter) is friendly, patient, and more than happy to take time to explain the wines and food preparations in detail. "My wife and I and two friends had lunch and we all loved it. The indoor area is elegant and hip. A small outdoor dining area looked comfy with lots of flowers and plants. Try the crab cakes for a delightful light lunch. The wine list is extensive. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Portions are reasonably sized for those who are watching their weight. "We've been to 20Brix countless times and took another couple for dinner who had never been. I apologized to them part way through the meal because the service was very off as was the food. We had a 7:30 dinner and didn't leave there until 10:30. Our server didn't get us a drink until about 30 minutes after we'd arrive and was very slow to take our order throughout. The entrees came out at different times and one steak was obviously undercooked. The food was underwhelming overall.
We came away very perplexed as our experience at 20Brix is typically great."

"We had heard about 20 Brix in advance and it lived up to its reputation. The wine list is truly international with great wines in many price ranges. Many are for purchase as you go out. The food was delicious, fresh ingedients and beautiful presentations. Our server was very friendly, and knowledgable about the wines and she knew how all the food was prepared. She even helped one of our party assemble a nice vegetarian plate. Lots of fresh seafood in Ohio, which i had not expected. The owner came by a couple of times to see if everything was to our liking."

"Menu choices were unique and well prepared. Large number of seafood dishes. A fair number of dishes featured breading - difficult for low-carb diners. Pizza is a sleeper. They are good value but sometimes lacking meat. Server's wine knowledge was fairly good in terms of taste descriptions and pairings. Starter choices were actually more interesting then entrees. Special fish at $28 was very expensive compared to rest if the menu. Desserts were only described orally - difficult to remember without a tray or menu. Environment is very nice and we really liked having a 2oz. by-the-glass option for wine. Wine pairing suggestions on the menu might be a nice touch."

"This is our new favorite place to bring visitors for a special dinner. The ambiance is terrific with the beautiful old fashioned windows looking out onto a lighted patio and all of the cute little shops around town. The wine list is as good as it gets. And the food is some of the best I've had in a long time. There are always some really different and creative options and everything we tried was delicious (we were all trying each other's food). We started with the mushroom bruschetta - very different but so yummy! For entrees we had strip steak, pork blade, seafood boudin and the lamb and all were just wonderful. Make sure you leave room for dessert also - we had one of each at our table and could not decide which was better."

"Nice to have a local "bistro" style restaurant in an area populated by mostly bars and fast food joints. Service is leisurely as food is cooked fresh to order. Menu is limited and on occasions the dishes are too experimental, lacking in tried and tested winners. My kids seldom eat off the kids menu, however on this visit there was nothing they fancied, so the server offered a "kids cheese pizza". Be warned it's just crisped flat bread with melted cheese, which my kids were not impressed with. Servers are all incredible courteous and Brix prides themselves on their wine selection, especially the "by the glass" choices. Dining room is small and does not accommodate more than four diners in a group very well. In good weather try outside"

"Excellent! Food was great! Our table had the Sea Bass, Steak, hamburger, and lobster roll Everything was outstandingThe brussel sprouts - out of this world! I am always so impressed with this restaurant. The chef, the manager the staff are always so welcoming .Just a great spot to have dinner and relax!
They are going to spruce up their outdoor dining area in April and we'll be eager to see the changes!"

"We went for the new Spring menu and had another amazing meal. We started with the Appetizers and got the Chicken Liver Pate with an Onion Jam and Crostine and the Laughing Bird Shrimp with Confit Potatoes -- both were amazing. Thenwe tried the two new salads, the Toasted Farro Salad with Canteloupe, Snap Peas and a Creamy Feta Cheese. The other salad was Baby Kale with Pickled Carrots and Smoked Bleu Cheese. We got 4 different entrees so we could all taste and share. We got the Snap Pea Risotto, The 10 Oz. Strip Steak, The Lobster Roll and The Braised Lamb Shoulder Ciabatta. They were all so delicious but my personal favorite was the Risotto. Looking forward to the Wine Tasting on April 2!"

"Nestled in the heart of Milford 20 Brix is a charming little restaurant that is warm and welcoming as you walk in. The wine selection alone is enough to bring one back, although the menu ( in descriptions ) is a bit lacking. A key point is that most, if not all, of their produce is raised or grown locally which brings a sense of pride and ownership to each dish. While I stayed safe and ordered the burger I was slightly disappointed. Asking for medium rare I got a hearty char and a slightly dry burger. Despite the small error I will happily return for the great wine and service and to try something less banal then a burger."

"Another great meal at our favorte restaurant. I usually do the special but tonight I was craving a steak and their Strip Steak hit the mark! Served with my favorite arugula salad and some fingerling potatoes, just delicious. My husband had the Chicken and waffles, another item off the menu.
