"Quince is one of our favourite restaurants so we are definitely biased in its favour, but justifiably so we think . The owners and staff treat us like family, the food is always good and we leave feeling we have had a wonderful evening. We particularly like the fact that we can bring our own wine on Tuesdays with no corkage so we usually go with good friends and bring a couple of great wines to share. We love this place."

"We have yet to have a negative comment and will continue to dine at Quince. The food is always fantastic and the service impeccable. We love that we can bring our own wines too. I do keep checking and hoping for more Dutch items on the menu besides the croquetjes... perhaps next time?"

"On a Monday night it's not easy to find a decent restaurant that is open. Quince was indeed open and the experience was great. Service was particularly good. Food very good."

"Great decor and atmosphere. The menu was concise and provided enough variety for the different preferences at our table. It was odd that two of their specials were out of stock before 6:30. Everything our table ordered was delicious. The pastas (gnocchi and paperdelle) and the desserts were delicious. Service was great, but the waiting staff fell behind as the restaurant got busier and forgot my wife's tea. I would recommend this place."

"I live in the area and do frequent business lunches. I love Quince because of the hands on approach of the owners, their attention to detail and warm hospitality. The staff are charming and take pride in their restaurant. A real gem...one of my favourite go to places."

"My husband and I visited Quince for a last minute celebration of selling our home. The retaurant was able to accommodate us on short notice. Our waiter was very helpful and friendly. When he found out that it was a special dinner he brought out complimentary ice wine for us at the end of the meal. We really enjoyed the food. I had the roasted Halibut special and it was cooked perfectly with excellent flavours. My husband had the Gnocchi which was definitely great comfort food! Both of us felt that we would definitely go back- hopefully next time with friends to share the experience!"

"It was very quiet the last time I dined here because it was 2 pm! Normally it is much more "vibrant" in the popular hours. The banquette seating is very comfortable and does absorb some of the noise level at those times. Lovely service and great food."

"Everything was outstanding - the appetizers (warm mushroom tart and chorizo), mains (grouper) and dessert (warm apple tart). Service was excellent. Both my husband and I were very impressed and will definately be back. The only thing is they didn't really acknowledge Valentines day. Maybe they could offer a special cocktail or dessert that night? Everything else was fabulous!!"
