"This place is great, very pleasant staff, great atmosphere, and amazing food! My wife and I have been to both the New York and the A.C. Places and both were excellent. The captain and the waiter were very knowledgeable about the food and the wine list. He recommended a great choice for the both of us, and surprisingly enough it wasn't the most expensive. Love this place. We will be back. If your looking for a little more casual try the trattoria section. We left stuffed. Nice romantic spot."

"WE had a Wonderful dinner - So glad we tried again One of our favorite Restaurants in NYC is IL Mulino so we had tried Il Mulino AC during restaurnt week last year And did not enjoy! Lesson learned stay away during restaurant week Or else they have gotten their act together and are now very similar to the NYC location .The veal was excellent as was the whole meal The service superb We will be back!"

"My wife and I go to atlantic city every year for our anniversary and we always want to try a different restaurant but we find ourselves going back to Il Mulino's because we love it. The service and staff are amazing, they make each guest feel important. The atmosphere is very romantic and quiet. The food is exquisite everything we order is always above our expectations. The wine list is very nice but can be pricey. I will definitely be going to Il Mulino's Atlantic city again as well as visiting the one in NY."

"The atmosphere was beautiful and the waiters were wonderful. The food was good but not worth the price. I enjoyed the bread and appetizers they gave you more than the dish. I got a special and it tasted as though it was frozen then cooked. If you like to be pampered, this is the place. But it's not worth the money they charge for their entrees."

"Fantastic service and ambiance. The staff could not have been more attentive and accommodating.The menu was diverse. The wine list was substantial. My wife had the prawns which were excellent. My choice was the new York Strip Steak. In hindsight that was a mistake. The steak was fairly ordinary and not worth the price. Now I know. Nevertheless, I consider this a 5 star experience."

"From the moment we were seated, we were treated to an array of delicious hors d'oeuvres, starting with a chunk of fresh parmagian cheese and continuing with frizzled zucchini, bruschetta, pepperoni, and the most scrumptious garlic bread we ever tasted. The wait staff was friendly, attentive and informative, helping us select from an impressive wine list and equally impressive dinner menu. We shared a caesar salad which came out already divided, and each ordered a pasta dish. The ribbon pasta with sweet sausage and mushrooms was very good, but the porcini mushroom ravioli was positively magnificent. This was an absolutely wonderful dining experience!"

"We had a wonderful dinner this past Sunday evening. The wait staff was attentive and accommodating. Our only complaint is the level of lighting. We finally gave up trying to read the descriptions of the offerings on the menu. While the restaurant is very Italian in decor and romantic, it could be a bit lighter. "Love this restaurant and would recommend to anyone that enjoys dining. We will definately be going back there for the next special occasion. "As GREAT as we remembered. We have spent our last two anniversary dinner's with the Il Mulino staff in Atlantic City. It is hard to top and why we went back this time. I was not as happy with my entree and they took the scallops off the menu which was disappointed but I think I just made a bad choice this time for MY tastes. I'm sure it was done to perfection as was everything else that touched our table.....and, believe me, there is ALOT that touches your table.
They start showering you with "on the house" delights from the moment you sit down to the Grappa that ends your meal. You will NOT be disappointed, as long as you know what you are doing when you order your entree.

We had shrimp cocktail first, then we had chicken parm, veal parm, tortellini with bacon and onions in it, and the asparagus for dinner. Everything was awesome!!!!!! "This is the fifth time we have eaten at Il Mulino .Unfortunately it may be the last . We were there with 4 guests and it was embarrassing . It appeared they really wanted you to use the regular menu rather than the restaurant week menu . We had an early reservation (6:30)and after we ordered they advised us they had run out of the Arugula salad and also the Salmon .At 6:30 ,give me a break . Very disappointing for an upscale restaurant ."

Finally refused to let the sixth buffoon pass so he had to walk four extra steps around another table. Would NEVER recommend this joint. For those kinds of prices I expect better courtesy."
