"This is one of my favorite places to go for a nice dinner. The food and service is always great. I'm Italian and I think their pasta dishes are the best in town.
The noise atmosphere is usually good except this time we were seated next to a table of 20 women having a party which made it difficult to have a quiet conversation at our table. Since the restaurant was not crowded it would have bee nice to have been seated further away. We probably should have asked."

"I love the separate rooms, provides a very quiet, and possibly romantic feel if you take a date, and I recommend that you do.
Service was prompt, knowledgeable, and very friendly.
I took a date on Sundy night and we tried the $20 4-Course meal. We both ordered different items and everything was excellent.
Great experience overall, highly recommended to friends.

"The food at Rinata's was very good. Similar to a New York Italian restaurant. Cozy, with multiple rooms. Service, however, was very disappointing. We arrived for 6PM reservations. By 7PM we finally received our drinks. At 7:30 was asked for bread. They were not overly busy so I am not sure if this is their normal or if they were short staff. We didn't get out of there until 9PM. Again, the food was wonderful. Our only food complaint was the cesear salad. Very flavorful, but we each received 2 leaves of romaine lettuce."

"The food and wine was great but we were packed in like sardines. I had the Fusilli, a bottle of wine and we split a dessert. All were very good. No place for waiting groups to hang out while their table is being prepared to they were standing right next to our table while we ate."

"It was prom night Saturday,and large tables.full of prom dresses. The large groups did not seem to affect the good table service and attention we received. Halibut w spring risotto were really a treat. !
The energy level in the restaurant was high all night, but it is a smaller space and it was mostly full.... Glad that we had reservations!!"

"This is a great restaurant for date night. I have been to Rinata 4 times now and have eaten really well each time. My date had the ravioli with butter squash and I had the bucatini alla bolognese. Both were delicious and the sauces were amazing. The bread with olive oil and chopped kalamata olives was also a very good starter. The ambiance was nice and it was actually the quietest experience I've had there, the other times I had been to Rinata it was always a full house. Very nice evening."

Truly the food could not have tasted any better-the fresh flavors in each dish were superb! Even though our server could have been friendlier and a bit more attentive I still gave it a 5. "Tasted three appetizers: mussels, eggplant involtini, and feta cheese. All were good but a bit overly salty on the involtini and bread (and I do like more salt than others typically). The sausage pizza was really excellent - recommend it. Also split the strip steak which was perfectly done and excellent as well. Dinner partners were not happy with the ravioli (said it had a wierd taste??). Tasted the house wine which was a cabernet but did not taste like one - not my favorite. Ended up spending twice as much on a nice red blend. Overall, felt they did a nice job but just not all "hits"."

I had requested with my reservation a table in a quiet area if possible because I wanted to get acquainted with a new friend; they delivered ... walking through another room I found it quite noisy. Rinata was selected by my friend over my two suggestions; I was very pleased when I left."

"We always have a good meal here, the food was outstanding as usual! Appetizers, entrees, dessert- all was delectable! We went a little later, around 8:00pm... Only downside that night was some bad vibes from staff around 10pm while we were bellied up at the bar finishing our bottle of house wine- I thought the hours were until 11pm on Fridays? We do live nearby, however, and have been here several times before and have never felt less than welcome on any other visit- hopefully it was just a fluke!"

"My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 4 year anniversary and it was perfect; the food was great, the service even better, and the atmosphere fantastic. Low lighting for a romantic feel but not so low that you can't even read your menu (I'm picky about lighting). The menu is small but the food is great, and that bread that comes with the meals - Amazing! I had the hanger steak with mashed potatoes, the demi sauce wasn't to my taste but it was still a great meal. He had a sausage pizza from the happy hour menu and it was $6 and bigger than a dinner plate - he loved it. We also ordered dessert, a lava cake with gelato for him and just a scoop of vanilla gelato for me. Both were really great, truly delicious gelato."

"Dining at Rinata was a good experience. As other reviewers have mentioned, the highlights are the homemade pastas. The salads were ok--the dressings on both were mediocre. The blood orange too bitter and citrus-y, the Caesar too garlicky . The fusilli and bucatini pastas were lovely and the sauces very, very heavy. Portions are large and filling, in contrast to the opinions if others who mentioned small portions. We were disappointed that some items appeared on their online menu that were not in the restaurant . Service was lackluster for a Friday night. Overall , a good experience if you're in the neighborhood . Not great but a good meal worth the price. Would prefer lighter options that allow the fresh pasta to shine."

"I have always liked dining at Rinata. You can tell the chef take time and pride in preparing food because the quality is always there. They also serve dishes that are not found everywhere, or at least give it that unique twist. The lamb meat sauce (on Bucatini alla Bolognese) is done really well and so is breaded cod with arugula risotto. The house baked ciabatta bread with olive tapenade is always given as a starter and it gives a very nice taste to whats to come."

"I was very unhappy with Rinata, it was my Birthday, and my fiance and myself, wanted good Italian food, great service, it was a special occasion. We were sat by a window that was so cold, and uncomfortable, I had to keep my coat over my legs the whole time. We asked the server about what she would recommend, that was useless, she suggested a vegetarian pasta dish. We asked here about the bolognese pasta, her reply it is a ragu, what is a ragu? Once our food came to our table, she never checked on how are food was tasting, or if we needed anything else- the table assistant, took another wine order from my fiance, and delivered it plus we had to ask for that! We were finished with plates sitting in front of us for 10min.before theywerecleared"

"Went there with a party of 7 for my birthday. We were sat by the door, and the space was a bit cramped. The waitress was not attentive and a bit awkward. Didn't talk the food up, and didn't check on is. The two tables that sat down after us had finished there food before ours came. The hanger streak entrees were delicious, butternut squash ravioli was great, and the fussili pasta was raved about from my friend. The Arugula risotto was too strong was the only complaint about the food. I did get a free gelato for my birthday! Overall, the food was very good, th.e service was not."

"Wonderful food for dinner at Dinata on Saturday evening. This was my third to e there and I have not been disappointed once. Great appetizer of feta, pepperonci I and olive oil on crusty bread, blood orange salad with balsamic vinaigrette, and steamed mussels in butter/ wine.

"Upon entering Rinata, it is a small but intimate restaurant. We went for our anniversary and were seated right away, even though we were running late on our reservations! The menu looked great, We ordered the braised short ribs and the fettucine. They served foccacia bread beforehand, which was warm and very good. The braised short ribs were great and the fettucine was good, but a bit salty.Overall, we enjoyed our meal and the staff was friendly!"

"Tables are very close, made me a little uncomfortable and I'm not even claustrophobic. Couple next to us was very loud, which probably could be heard anywhere from within the restaurant. Food was alright, pasta was expensive and the Caesar salad was just romaine hearts with 4 croutons."
