"We held my GF's graduation dinner here and it was perfect. Parking was easy to find and plenty of bars within walking distance for a post-dinner drink. The restaurant was lovely and the other patrons pleasant. Most importantly the staff was very patient and gracious with our party of 12. I would reserve this place for a special occassion."

"Went here for dinner on a week night with an out of town business guest. Great food, great wine but, if you go, keep one thing in mind; KID FRIENDLY! If you don't mind screaming kids running around as though it was Chuck E Cheese then this is the place for you, otherwise save it for a late night meal after the kids are home in bed. This is not the place to entertain business guests or to have a romantic night out away from the kids unless you go late. If you want really great food, atmosphere and an urchin free environment go next door to Zazie's. Would I return, yes but only late when the kids are home!"

"This is a favorite place of ours and we've begun coming several times a month during the week...meeting friends. Tufan and Samuele are attentive and fun wait staff. We enjoy coming for Rustica Cena meals on Tuesday evenings and travel from San Mateo and Pacifica."

"Last minute decision to dine at Bambino's and a good one at that. The food and service were excellent. 4 out of seven of us all had the Petrale that was just perfectly cooked with a lemon port sauce. Calamari, and Finocchio salad, great starters. Pizza with pardon peppers was a wonderfully great pizza. Desserts were the best, chocolate truffle cake and the banana cake with peanut butter cream cheese, what a great combination. A very nice selection of wines. Bambino's gets ***** from me."

"Went on a Sunday night. Not too many folks there. Salads were inventive but nothing special. Pastas were good but flavors just not too special.
A nice place but we probably won't go back. The food is just not memorable. Flavors not quite right. We wanted to like it and there isn't something bad - but it is just not that good either."

"What a nice spot.....really great menu...everything was delicious. Loved that the iced tea refills were in a new glass with new ice and lemon....not your typical 'pour warn tea over melted ice cubes trick' that most places do.

"We were a party of 10 on a Fri night and everything went very smoothly, service, food, timing. The waiter was very nice and friendly, helping with suggestions, etc. Overall very enjoyable experience and family all loved their entrees. "We wondered why people were waiting 30 minutes outside to get a seat at the neighboring restaurant while there were plenty of seats available at this restaurant. The food was very good, the service was not. We were seated immediately with menus, but then had to wait 15 minute for someone to take our breakfast order. After we ordered we had to wait another 10 minutes just to get our coffee. Overall, service was lackluster at best. If you are not in a rush, this is a nice place to dine."

Our party of 2 "dropped in" for a bowl of soup and a salad each, and we were treated with the same great service we have experienced when there were 4 or 6 of us having full dinners with wine and dessert. "Excellent food and service over-all! Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, wonderful pastas and great variety of dishes. Sometimes the chicken can be tough, but the dish itself is outstanding. Modest but very nice selection of wines with reasonable prices. Great list of specials every night and we really love the discounted "specials" wine list. This is not our first time here and we are actually satisfied and pleased by evening's end. Although the restaurant can be busy, they do pace the dishes well and we are not "hurried" into giving up our table.
Very nice, relaxing place for family and friends. Haven't tried their pizza yet (which I hear is outstanding, but am anxiously awaiting for our next visit to do so. Highly recommended!"

"Even though parking in this area is vey difficult, it was worth the search and walk. We had a delicious meal served by a very friendly and helpful waitress who made the dining experience all the more enjoyable. Her high recommendation of the specially priced chianti was appreciated enough that we went for a 2nd bottle. We all enjoyed a very pleasant dining experience."
