"Your reservation system did not sync w/ the restaurant and they did not have a record of my reservation. That was very frustrating and fortunately they were able to accomdate our party. Please fix that issue!"

"To be honest I did not expect much from Nandina. I did not remember it until I saw it on the map. I went there when they first opened and it was not great the sushi rice was warm and kinda grossed me out.
I am happy to report that this time was a very different experience. The staff went out of there way to make my birthday a special one. The sushi was nice, the Thai beef jerky was also very good as well as the pineapple fried rice. At my table were 20 people and no one had a complaint about the food. They did not flinch when I asked them to make room for more guests. Good food, good service, good time."

"I was really annoyed with the fact that you guys provide this option of making reservation online only to find out when I got to the restaurant that nobody checks those at all. I walked up to the the lady at the front of the restaurant and told her my name and that I had reservations for 9:45. She looked at me and just shook her head and told me I did not have a reservation. I told her that I made it earlier today. To that she replied that nobody checks those and just stared at me like I was the one who should have an answer for this problem. I guess after seeing my face she realized she needed to fix things, so she said she'll take care of it. I requested a booth which at this point was already given away so we had to wait for tables."

"Good atmosphere...hipster crowd. I overdressed yuppie style. A little bot slow service but I blame that on our waitress getting triple sat in her section. Good prices and good rolls. Would recommend."
