"Shor at the Hyatt Resort and Spa exceeded all expectations. The food was not only delicious, each dish was a work of art. We had breakfast and dinner at Shor and the menu offered plenty of variety. The breeze from the water made the balcony dining refreshing and the view was stunning. The service at both dining times was superb!"

"The sunset/view was breathtaking. We sat outside on the balcony and found it very romantic as we sipped our drinks and watched the sunset. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to celebrate a special occasion, or just wants a romantic dinner with someone special. Our waiter was very attentive and even offered to take pictures of us at sunset, and was kind enough to move us to a beautiful location, away from our table to get the full affect. I only had one concern, and though it was not a big one, I was a bit surprised.......as we ate another couple came for dinner and they had their dog with them. Believe me...I like dogs, but was just a bit surprised to have the dog a table away during the meal. Thanks again."

"What can I say about this superior restaurant establishment. The hostess was awesome, greeting us warmly; our waiter Chris was very good and made a number of fine seafood and beef suggestions. "I brought my girlfriend here for a proposal dinner. The food was excellent and the waitstaff was superb. I had mentioned ahead of time in my reservation what I had planned and the really went out of their way to treat us special. It had rained all day, and we got a wee bit of sunset at the end of the day; but this would truly be a wonderful sunset setting with the usual Key West weather. All together a very memorable experience."

"A very nice setting for lunch. Right on the waterfront on the harbor. A cruise boat pulled up and slightly marred our view. We had the conch chowder which was good, but the fish tacos made the meal. A nice spice on them , very flavorful. The only drawback was a very limited winelist"

"I will begin by saying that we dined at Shor on a cold, windy, rainy night so were not able to enjoy the outdoors. However, we also went there last year and the setting on the harbor is lovely. The food, however, is not remarkable. We both had the NY strip steak. Mine was good, but my husband's was full of gristle and probably only half of the steak was edible. The ambience is minimal (except for the view). They could "warm" it up with tablecloths and perhaps some carpeting. We are long-time Hyatt Residence Club members and frequent Hyatt restaurants. This one didn't live up to our expectations and the experience was not memorable or special."
