"The food and service were very good...perhaps too good. We ordered a bottle of wine and our dinner was served as the server was presenting the wine. However we were not rushed after that. We would have preferred to enjoy the wine and allow it to open a little before the entree was served. otherwise, no complaints."

"The service was perfect at this beautiful restaurant in the JW Marriott Grand Lakes hotel. For a special occasion this is a great spot. I listened as each table was informed that Chef Melissa Kelly was just awarded a second James Beard Award. (Congratulations?) The food was definitely flavorful, but the pork dish had an overwhelming saltiness and the fresh rigatoni was overcooked and overwhelmed by the spices in the sausage. The table next to us sent back dishes as well, so maybe they just didn't have the normal people in the kitchen on this Saturday night or maybe we're just not the foodies that should visit this beautiful restaurant."

"This was our first vist to the Primo, the J.W. Marriiott is really a nice Hotel, and the resraurant was very nice .... I had he Rib-eye, 28 oz with bone in and it was very , very good, my girlfriend had the salmon, which she said was Great ... It was for my Birthday, and i got a card from the service people, and the desert came with a Happy Birthday plate ... cute .... No freebee's for the Birthday ............ suprise came when I got my coffee, they don't have regular sugar, they have sweet and low, Equel, and other subs, but NO REAL sugar ... so bring your own if you want coffee with real surgar ........ Over all the experience was very nice ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and the server was very good ................. we would go back ....."

"The atmosphere and service was very good. Overall the menu and food were not very good. The pairings of certain foods like pasta and keilbassa is not to my liking and neither is bone marrow or a pig soup appetizing to me. My family and I were very disappionted and the cost was high for a terrible meal."

"The décor of the restaurant is very “hotel” looking and there is a funky smell that permeates the place. Also the staff all appeared very young and inexperienced. I ordered a beet salad and it came loaded with peanut brittle (yes the candy). My salad was full of candy but was very lacking in beets. My main dish came ice cold. I sent it back and it returned luke- warm. My wife's pasta dish was salty and cold. The pasta for my daughter (off the kid's selections) was so spicy she couldn't touch it. Needless to say, we did not stay for dessert. But, we still got stuck with a big check (way overpriced). If staying at JW go to Vineyard Grill or Normans (or off property)."

While they accommodated increasing the size of our party, despite the room being half empty, we were tucked in a corner in the back. The food seemed overly salted. associated with this fine outstanding Restaurant.!
Orlando is about A 3 HOUR CAR RIDE....from Boca, but I must say as a true 'foodie" it was worth the trip....or should I say the
meal, the charm and presentation of each course was a treat to both the eyes and stomach...
Terrific and I appreciate your Orlando representative having called me ahead......This is one place NOT to be missed.

For some reason, one entire parking lot was closed, but there was little or no signage to explain that. It took my husband 20 minutes to find a space far from the restaurant and walk back to it."

"My husband and I celebrated our birthdays here recently. We were given a birthday card signed by the staff. A nice touch that made us feel special. Our server was excellent - attentive without hovering. The food was delicious. Really fresh and inventive. I had the halibut, yummy. Hubby had the Pork Saltimbocca. He really enjoyed it. For dessert, we had the zeppoles. Wow! Definitely better than anything I've ever had at a street fair. Light and airy - they were presented on a plate with the words Happy Birthday written in chocolate."
