"The restaurant is around the corner from Tyson's and has on street parking as well as a complimentary valet. My dinner was on a Wednesday and there was plenty of parking directly in front. I sat outdoors. The waiters were friendly, but apparently there was a mixup so I did not get my appetizers until after my entree came. The chef came out and took care of everything and even sat and talked to me for awhile. Very friendly staff. Great food. Highly recommended from this patron!"

"I discovered Panache while waiting for rush hour traffic to end. The staff is friendly, but does not hover. Panache has outdoor seating and an expansive dining area that can accommodate groups. The gnocchi was delicious and tasty. I will definitely return to explore more items on the menu."

"Finally alternative to Tyson's chain restaurants. beautiful ambience and The Bar area is beautiful & stocked. Dinner was incredible. The Tuna is as fresh and delicious as it gets. My daughter said her shrimp appetizer is the best shrimp she has eaten. My fish was cooked to perfection and my wife's scallops were incredible. They have totally natural cut fries and if you can try the yogurt dill sauce it goes with anything from veggies to fish to bread to even French fries. The veggies were fresh and crispy and the sautéed spinach was not drenched in oil but just the right amount to leave you wanting more. Service was excellent and the staff is friendly. The chef is willing to take special requests and changes to what you want."

"Dinner a month ago was very good, but the waiter wss a bit too chatty, he was nice but we were celebrating with my parents and the feel of the restaurant is a bit formal, but the service wasn't. More like being served in the neighborhood bar. That's just fine if you're IN the neighborhood bar. Last night the food was not very good, steak was very underdone, had gristle, and was not seasoned at all.crab cakes were nothing special, and ny friend ordered a second glass of wine, different from the first, and the waiter brought it over in a small carafe and poured it into the same glass she used for her first drink. Not major, but a waiter should be taught about things like that. I may give it one more try, may have been an off night."

"I live in downtown DC and rarely venture to the suburbs for dinner. However, I was meeting family who live way out there and we found this restaurant in Tysons. The space is spectacular, the food wonderful and the service very attentive. We were very pleased and I was happy with the smaller portion of the pasta for my entree. And while it may be a minor point, the chairs are very, very comfortable."

"The Mother's Day brunch was excellent. Everything looked fresh and was very tasty. The downside was the service, it was very poor. I'm really hoping this poor service was a one time thing because I really love this restaurant but will not return if this happens again."

"I eat out constantly, and I am not often impressed like I was with Panache. I can't say enough about the place to friends and family. We went there for a Mother's Day buffet brunch and EVERYTHING was delicious! I didn't meet a dish I didn't like--deserts included. What a wonderful experience that we will keep with us (grandma, mom, and daughter). Not so much the sceen for a kid, but accommodating either way. I would LOVE to return one day for drinks and a fine meal without the curious little wanderer. To truly savor the meal would be devine."

"Went for an early dinner on a Saturday - not too busy. We had a great time but but it was a bit of mix. Our waiter was very friendly but not overly so. The food was fine - our appetizers,a caesar salad and the arancini, were good but nothing great. We both ordered the scallop special and it was delightful - perfectly done. The bread came with an aioli that we didn't care for and later the water said we could have opted for butter so wish he would've offered the choice. The creme brulee was tasty, but the sugar top was burnt (we just ate around it). The choices of wines by the glass were nice. With a bit more work on the details, it could be a winner."

"This is one of my all-tineme favorite restaurants. The quality of the food, the imaginative and thoughtful taste and texture combinations, friendly and very importantly well-informed staff just make this a place for people dedicated to high quality food in a friendly place delievered by top notch staff. I have been to restaurants around the country and the world and I will always go here when I am in VA. I love this place."

"Wonderful food and beautifully designed atmosphere. I didn't even know it existed, its really hidden.
I would recommend more marketing as there were not many tables at 7:30 on a Thursday and they didn't have many after we arrived. It was nice and quiet for my friend and they didn't rush us, which so many restaurants do (crowded or not)."

"On a Saturday night, this place was empty. With few customers, you would assume there would be great service. Unfortunately, I had to wait very long for service. This place is overrated and overpriced."

"Always a pleasant experience. The surroundings are quiet and pleasant. Service is always first rate with knowledgeable and friendly wait staff and the food is served in a timely mannor, piping hot and delicious I had the short rib and saffron rissoto - delicious flavor and nice presentation. My husband had the chicken marsalla which he really appreciated. We both had the French Onion soup - my favorite and done extraordinally well here. Parking is always easy so it's a win/win situation"

"We arrived for a 5:30 reservation & had to wait as they were still doing their team meeting (and there was a 5:15 reservation slot too!). We ordered some small plates and were asked about sequencing, but they came out of order, with one plate getting cold. Sent it back and it came out looking like it was just scraped and reheated. We've liked this place before, so maybe this was just a bad night, but at their next meeting, hopefully they can discuss fixing the inconsistencies."

"We went there for the gluten free items they advertised. Our waiter told us "I think everything is gluten free" He finally brought us the gluten free menu. The lunch we not all served at the same time so One person ate alone....the experience was a bit strange overall. Maybe new wait staff at lunch this day."

"Mid week meeting with long lost friends, I picked the restaurant based on food reviews and was not disappointed. Variety and preparation was very good, though fresh and farm-raised fish entrees are intermingled. Easy to converse through the night but service was a bit lacking with long gaps between seeing waitstaff. Perhaps it was due to sitting to the side of the bar instead of the main dining area. Food prep time was reasonable though, and the results tasty and well prepared. At the price point, its a good Tyson's find."

"Such excellent food, absolutely incredible. I had the best ravioli of my life (ricotta/spinach ravioli). The polenta was creative. The fish was fresh. Our server was extremely talented at the pacing of our meal, at being attentive without overbearing, and also extremely pleasant. We were not rushed whatsoever. The dining room was quiet and we were all able to hear each other and enjoy our conversation over a wonderful meal. Get the tiramisu for dessert, it was the best I've ever had."

"I ordered a spinach salad because the menu described it as having wild mushrooms and a warm mustard vinaigrette. It came with canned button mushrooms and a cold vinaigrette.
A Branzino entree was described as being served with caponata. My husband asked the waitress if that was eggplant. She replied, "Oh no, that's cheese."
I ordered the Sea Scallop Risotto. It came with one scallop.
Overall, the meal was a disappointment."

"We would rate the food and service as just okay. The asparagus with bacon soup was excellent. But otherwise, the food and service is not what we would expect considering the prices. There are too many other restaurants with better ratings and a menu in this same price range that we would like to try in the DC Metro area. We are not planning to return."

"I went to Panache on Valentine's Day for dinner. The place has a nice decor - lighting is appropriate, nice colors, and it's modern w/o being over the top. The food was quite, good, if short of great. Same with the service. Hard to comment on the prices b/c for Valentine's they had price fixe menu."
